Howard Landscape and Water Garden did an excellent job for us which included waterfront stabilization plus additional landscaping work. They fully complied with and completed all the owner obtained permit requirements of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the NY Department of Environmental Conservation, and the local town. They paid attention to detail, worked with our minor changes to insure we received what we really wanted, and left the workplace totally cleaned up. The job was performed on a “Time and Material” basis and was very satisfactorily completed under budget. We were delighted with their work. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them to others.

The patio was installed at a new town home that we purchased. The time frame for installation became complicated when a new heat pump also needed to be installed at the same time. Mark Howard worked with the other vendor to make sure that his work was completed to allow the heat pump installation. The entire process went very well. Mark and his crew were maticulous with the installation and clean up. The patio is a roman cobblestone and is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for any of your outdoor needs in landscaping, patio installation. He also does beautiful work with outdoor water features.
