He joined the business full-time in 1996 upon his graduation from High School. Eventually, Eli started working on several construction projects, making his bones in the field and absorbing the vast pool of knowledge on tap in Leo and Berel. With each successive project Eli took on more and more responsibility and oversight, ultimately taking full control of all aspects of both the in-field and office components. In 2011 with Leo retired from the business and Berel in partial-retirement Eli moved Elzees offices to Rockalnd County, NY, where he had been living for about 10 years.

This update required consulting a licensed engineer. Talo was able to get input from an engineer and update the drawings accordingly very quickly. Talo is a very competent architect. He keeps abreast with the latest building and energy saving techniques by attending training and seminars. I had a great conversation with him about above-sheathing roof insulation - a technique that is highly recommended by building science professionals but not known to many architects and roofing companies.
