+ -1 moreWhite Garden Designs is the Best!! I have used him for at least 10 years now and nobody cares more or is more detail oriented than Charlie. I have recommended him and his company to dozens of friends and everyone was as pleased as I am. They always show up on time and if there is ever a problem (which I haven't had) they will always make it right. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He also is a Koi pond specialist, designing and maintenance. This man does it all. He is the go to guy for all your landscaping and pond needs.
