Description of Work: The flat roof over our sunroom was leaking. He replaced shingles on either side of the roof where the roof followed the roof-line of the main part of the house, put copper flashing around all the seams, and disposed of the old materials. He gave me a quote of $1800 initially qualifying that it would depend on if there was flashing at the seams and if not he'd need to charge materials (copper) and labor to do it right. I also had a small gutter project that I needed done over our front door vestibule the next week and he sent his workers to do that when we had agreed and they worked efficiently and did a great job overall on both jobs.
