It is hard to imagine a more responsive and knowledgeable contractor. We needed to remove a tank; install a temporary tank while the foundation was poured where are new tanks would be located; and then have the new tanks installed and the temporary tank removed. Care was taken in the placement of the new tanks along with the location of the supply line to the existing burners (we utilize oil burners for both a hot water burner, and a furnace for hot air). The removal was professional, his workers well versed in their tasks and all went well. I would certainly recommend this contractor to anyone needed a tank removal or install.

The price was very good compared to two other places we contacted, they were easy to deal with, straightforward, responsible, and did a really good job all around.

During preparations, the owner was responsive and cooperated cheerfully with changes of plan. His prices were the lowest I received from several firms. On the day appointed for the job, two highly professional workers arrived and worked vigorously, sprinting from place to place. They were attentive to my instructions. They took care of details I didn't expect, like removing the inlet pipe that passed through the foundation wall and then cementing up the hole.

We had to remove our 60+ year old below-ground oil tank from our property and were required by our insurance company to use one of their recommended contractors. HVEC was not the cheapest but the other contractors had more potential hidden costs with truck charges, sludge removal, permit filing fees, etc. I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism on the job. The removed the tank by hand without heavy equipment that would have impacted our gardens as well. I would certainly recommend them for this service. The price also includes additional soil testing on our property and they were very responsive about preparing new estimates at our request.
