+ -1 moreGreat. Came several days earlier to give a free estimate during which time he gave alternate pricing for less costly alternatives. Arrived on time for the estimate and the planned work. Work was done in a professional manner and for less than the estimate. Henry comes across as knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Installed a house water filter, re-routed outside spigot and kitchen lines to bypass water softener, replaced valve on refrigerator line.

When asked for estimate on additional plumbing work, Henry actually advised me on options to avoid the expense of additional work, estimated at $300. Have finally found a contractor that I can stick with and trust.
Description of Work: Assessed likely causes of drain clog over phone. Planned strategy for visit in advance. Re-arranged schedule to accommodate me. Arrived on time with less than 24 hours notice. Diagnosed problem in 15 minutes. Fixed problem and made no mess. Called five other plumbers before Henry. Some didn't return call in 24 hours; others warned me of $240 up-front charge for visit. Others charged premium for travel from Albany.
