IT DIDN'T I HAVE USED SACCO FOR OVER 30 YEARS. I KNOW THE OWNER FOR MANY YEARS SINCE HE USE TO BE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY. MY PROBLEM WAS THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK. IF THEY CAN'T DO WHAT I NEED AT LEAST CALL ME. WHEN THE OWNER WAS HEAVILY INVOLVED THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. NOW THAT HE APPROACHES RETIREMENT I SUSPECT IT IS BEING DONE DAY TO DAY BY OTHERS. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO ME ESPECIALLY WITH THE LONG TIME RELATIONSHIP. I AM A LANDLORD AND CHANGE LOCKS ON THOSE APARTMENT. I ALWAYS USED SACCO BUT I WON'T ANYMORE. *** UPDATE I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. THEY REMOVED A BROKEN KEY A LOCK.

Sacco's Locksmith Co are nice guys. I've had them make keys for me and repair one lock. Unlike when you go to the drugstore to get keys copied, these copies all work! The lock repair was three or four years ago. They are very pleasant and will answer any questions that you have. They will spend time with you if you have questions. They are professional.

They came promptly after I made the call for service .He arrived on time. He showed us how they were getting into the door.. without the use of a key.. My cylinder had marks all over it where they had "carded" the door . He explained that the use of the dead bolt is mandatory to fully protect our security. He was very informative ... very personable.. and we were very pleased all around. This is a great company who has been in business a very long time, and I would highly recommend them.

They did a very good job. They came when they said they were going to come, and they did what they said they were going to do. They offered me some very valuable advice. I don't know about the pricing; I have nothing to compare it to. With regard to punctuality, they were on time for the appointment.
