We've used the service only 3 times so far, so we have to be a little tentative iin our judgment, but so far they seem to have been thorough and efficient in doing what we expect, For instance, kitchen and bathroom floors seem thoroughly washed; surfaces of furniture seem to be dust-free. The crew (we've had three at a time so far), are polite, friendly, and quick iin their work. It helps also to have people in charge of the service that we can contact when necessary and who seem anxious to accommodate our needs.

The service came every two weeks. I started using them approximately 2007 and quit using them in late 2011. The earlier service was much better than the latter, however I dropped the service because the mother of a personal friend was looking for work, not because I didn'tlike the service.

When I first using this service, they did a very good job. However, as time went on, they were less thorough. I did express my concerns, and was offered a free cleaning. I declined and discontinued using this service. This was mostly based on financial constraints.

They did 3 1/2 baths, dusted, vacuumed, did all the floors, will change the beds and run the sheets in the wash. I don't expect miracles, I have a lot of pictures in frames and would not expect them to dust them every time they come . They emptied pails, moved rugs, swept and mopped floors. They did all they said and more. I will set up an extra session here and there so they can concentrate on special projects. My only change is that they use organic products and I like the house to smell like it has been cleaned. I asked them to switch to Pine-Sol for the floors (which I will supply) and they said no problem. They will also use your own supplies if you have a preference. They are very accommodating.

They weren't very good. They hire people and the supervisor or the boss isn't there. They just send a bunch of people into your house. If you do not deal with the owner of the company, then the reputation of the company really doesn't matter to the workers. If you're on business, you want your reputation to be good but the workers really don't care about your reputation. They just want to get paid and be done with it. Their price was okay. It was good. They were a little bit responsive. They were late and not punctual. They send workers without the supervisor and that's not being professional. I will not use their services again in the future.

Phone calls were returned in a timely manor. Arrival time to do the work was on target. A very good experience.

From start to finish...hmmm...I probably won't "finish". As previously stated, I have MYD cleaning services weekly. I will continue as long as I can afford to.

After realizing I would not have time to clean my home for pending houseguests, I contacted a few housecleaning companies to see if anyone could come last minute. I had used Maid Your Day years ago and called them as well. Kathy called me back and was very professional and told me they had a two hour slot from a cancellation on the day I requested. I actually thought I'd be cleaning the house myself up until that point and I was thrilled that they could come at all with only a day's notice. There was a bit of a communication mix up with the amount of time that was available and my house that was bigger and dustier than anticipated. Kathy sent over another crew to come in so that my house would be completely clean even though I was booked for only two hours. They could have rushed through but instead they surpassed what I had expected from them. I would highly recommend Maid Your Day.

Very nice, I have used the service for about 4 years.

They did ok, not the ay you would clean your home. It was a very cosmetic kind of cleaning. Like I said it was ok just not a good value for $75.00 for 1 1/2 hrs, 3 people. I think they could have accomplished more. They were fine just not what I was looking for.

The rep who booked the job was very professional and answered all of our questions. The crew showed up and exceeded our expectations. They did a great job cleaning our home and will definetley use them again.
