Description of Work: We had good experience with M&R in the past and didn't hesitate to call on them again when our Central Air Unit failed. When the $85.91 bought us the opinion that we needed a new exterior unit, we asked for and were promised an estimate. It is January of 2013, we are still waiting to hear from them and have, needless to say, gone elsewhere for repairs.

+ -1 moreThey offer a nice package, in which you can sign up for years of cleaning and checking your heating before the cold season starts, at a discount. They always give an exact time and date they will arrive. They do a very professional job, are never in a rush and will always answer any questions you may have.
Description of Work: Every year I have them clean, oil and check the boiler. This is after they completed a very big heating problem I had years ago.
