Description of Work: Purchased a double wall oven and had lowes install it. They came when they said they would. One of the parts on the oven was scratched they worked with the company to get a replacement part and installed te new part right away.

Description of Work: We had our Bosch dishwasher repaired by a very professional gentleman who I would highly recommend. Had originally contacted Sears and was told there would be at least a three week time period before someone could get here. He had the part in three days and I was up and running.

+ -1 moreI had a frustrating experience with purchasing the flooring. It was a special order so it took forever. Then they call you to set up installation. Then you have to go back to pay for the installation. It was just a lengthy process. I do like their store, but I will not buy flooring with them again.
