+ -1 moreI USED JAY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THIS SEASON HE DIDN'T COME WHEN THE GRASS STARTED TO COME IN. I CALLED HE CAME SEVERAL DAYS LATER. WEEKS WENT BY NOTHING. I FIGURED WITH THE RAIN HE WAS BEHIND. I CALLED LEFT A MESSAGE SEVERAL TIMES THE FIRST TIME, AND AGAIN THIS TIME. I FINALLY GOT HIS WIFE. SHE SAID HE DECIDED NOT TO COME BACK BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS THERE CUTTING MY LAWN. I TOLD HER THAT WAS MY NEIGHBOR. SHE INSISTED HE SAID HE WOULD DO THE BACK LAWN AS WELL. THAT IS ABSOLUTE BULL. MY NEIGHBOR IS A NICE GUY AND OCCASIONALLY DOES THE FRONT LAWN ONLY. BESIDES HE DIDN'T RETURN CALLS BEFORE THAT. I STARTED WITH JAY WHEN HE WAS JUST STARTING OUT. I THINK NOW HE HAS CUSTOMERS AND WANTS BIG LANDSCAPING JOBS, LARGE ACCOUNTS, AND THE **** WITH HIS OLD CUSTOMERS WHO GOT HIM WHERE HE IS. I AM NOT DEMANDING, NEVER COMPLAINED, AND REALLY THINK IT WAS VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
