Description of Work: Ken offered to do work for me, quoted a price. We agreed on a price and start date. He failed to keep his end up. He was disorganized, unprofessional, and lied about being insured properly. He never called back when he said he would wasted 2 days of our time waiting for him because he said he was coming.
