Scam artists. Terrible terrible work. Ask to do shady stuff with payment. They will ruin your house!

Ryan and his guys showed up on time every day. Ryan went above and beyond expectation. Craftsmanship was phenomenal, and cleaned jobsite at the end of everyday. Would definitely recommend, and use this company again.

The GMS crew built a beautiful back deck for my family and I to enjoy. The work crew was efficient, polite, and kept the area clean during construction of the deck. Ryan was very attentive and knowledgeable while helping choose materials that were good quality and within my budget. I will be hiring them again for future home renovations.

Owner was professional giving the estimate and explaining things that is when I gave him a good review. He said he had to go get new treated wood for the frame as it was rotted. When picking up the debris myself I saw regular lumber no treated wood. When they were almost done he asked if he could get the check now to get to the bank. Never came when he said he would to pickup the debris. When I texted him on it he got rude and mean. After said you are annoying I am not picking the debris up and I would get a receipt at his convenience! I had left over material that still has not been picked up. The lumber company he deals with ruined my driveway and lawn. He said he would deal with them. LIAR. Now he says I do not own that company. His crew was good but I would never deal with him again or recommend him. Rude and childish. Do NOT hire.

The crew was great. We never minded having them here. They did nice work. I would hire his crew in a second. The owner on the other hand was rude and unprofessional. We discussed the project and he never wrote it up until the end. What we verbally agreed to was not adhered to. When we discussed it over the phone he was very rude and disrespectful and I am left with a wall that was not finished. He had me write checks to his crew instead of him due to some bank account issue. He showed up on site once during the project and was loud and swore A LOT and never even spoke to me.

Came 1st day for two hours. Then lots of no-shows. Ryan is very unprofessional. I asked for a contract 3x and he would never put anything on paper. Came to the job after 3 days with an attitude. Asked again for a contract. Nothing. I told him to leave and he started spewing hateful comments. Had to call Sheriff to get him off my property. Buyer beware.

Best contractor we've ever dealt with. Always returned my calls, was there on time and the job was done right! They completely rebuilt our 2 story porch in just a few weeks. The property is an occupied rental and Ryan's team worked quickly to get them their main entrance back...even my tenants complemented on how little they were inconvenienced by such a big project. Our local codes inforcer was impressed with how sturdy they built our porch and it's foundation and approved the project with no issues. We highly recommend GMS construction to anyone looking for efficient, quality work for their next project!!!

They are very friendly and able to work around your schedule. They did great work with repairing my ceiling and roof as well as the cement step under the doorway where it was crumbling apart and could see outside when you were inside. It all looks good as new again.

Ryan and crew were actually early. Reinforced flooring, installed new electric hot water tank to include new wiring and kept a very senior citizen happy. Price was reasonable for the quick turnaround. Very satisfied overall.

Ryan and his crew arrived on time. Removed old hot water tank and installed new tank. Very friendly and informed me of everything they were doing. Cleaned up after the work was finished. Job completed around one and a half hrs. Price was reasonable. Will hire them for other work. Very satisfied.

When dealing with their rep. be sure to specify what you want and how many coats you want. Be sure to have a copy of the details !! I was very happy to dined s group who came in moved the heavy furniture!! Most floor companies say they donot do that!! Rochester flooring people came did the job on time and the crews were excellent!! Price was right . John K.

They made accommodations to handle an emergency roof repair that was damaged by a tree. I'm very happy with their work and will make referrals to other people on their behalf.
