 + 1 moreTom and his son did a great job - we are extremely happy and look forward to using them in the future. my wife and i made several changes and modifications throughout the process and they worked with us to ensure we got the end result we wanted while minimizing the additional cost. they showed up and worked diligently and always left the work site clean.
Description of Work: They removed old shingle siding and installed new vinyl siding, wrapped all other wood trim and soffits with aluminum. installed new porch railings, PVC porch posts and composite decking.

 + -1 moreWe have had a lot of work done for us, but Tom Fabbio and his son were the best contractors we have ever had. they were here every day and put in a full 8-10 hours a day. they made everything go smoothly from start to finish. They were kind and very thorough with everything they did. they cleaned up every day after they were done. They talked to us daily to let us know what they were going to do each day. They saved us money when purchasing flooring among other things. They had a lot of connections for things that we needed to purchase for our kitchen. They did their own plumbing and electrical work and even did extra electrical work when they found some problems in our existing kitchen area. They gave me great ideas for the design of my kitchen and pointed me in the right direction to purchase the 35 cabinets we needed to fill our kitchen. After they were done with my kitchen they built a large deck for us and installed vinyl railings. They then explained to us how to keep the deck clean so it will last a long time. They finished in September 2012, and even though we were glad it was all done, we hated to see them leave!
Description of Work: Added a 12 x 16 addition to my kitchen. Added a 12 x 16 addition under my kitchen. They did everything except put the cement block in which he hired a very good Mason to do that. The only other thing they didnt do was put our granite counter tops and backsplash in. But they helped and preped the area for the counter guys. They remodeled my entire kitchen which included an existing 12 x 16 kitchen and the new 12 x 16 addition. They installed a double oven, cooktop, beverage refrigerator, refrigerator, 2 sinks, which one sink was put into an island that they had made for me. they painted, tiled my floor, put recess lighting in and so much more. They also put in a huge deck for us.
