The install was fine, however when I called for servicing for an annual inspection, cleaning, and check, never called back. Recently had someone else do it. He discovered the pitch of the exhaust was wrong, and emptied 1/2 gallon of water from the pipe. Several pipes were never sealed together with adhesive or glue, the caulking outside was less than required to seal it to the siding. Evidently selling and installing is his business Service after the sale, and details to his work during the install, not so much. Very disappointed, I would have been a regular customer, but they totally blew it. Nice guy, bad businessman.

He completed the job in less time than expected and was always respectful of our home. He tested the units repeatedly to be sure they worked properly, and did not leave until he felt all was well.

Rodney provided an accurate estimate of the both the time and cost of materials. Each phase was completed on-time and without error. We were ableto use our new furnaces without delay and in time for winter, and without any follow-up service calls.

We had Rodney put our furnace in a few years ago. He was very prompt and courteous. His work was thorough and honest. Just this past week we experienced heavy flooding, which caused both the hot water heater and furnace to stop working. He came out on a Sunday and fixed the hot water heater. He needed to order a part for the furnace. He called the following Monday, had the part and fixed the furnace! Amazing service! I have never been happier with a repair service. Sometimes you just don't feel comfortable with some repairmen in your home. Not in this case. Rodney talks to you in plain English, not over your head with technical jibberish. I can honestly say that we trust him 100%. His pricing is very fair. We highly recommend him!
