Padula was suppose to call me so I could show them which vent pipe needed the repair, they never did. I called a week later to follow up and was told my roof was scheduled to be worked on later int he week and I would be called when they were on their way. I didn't hear from them again. I called one more time and was told "I think we did that yesterday. (long pause) oh yeay, I think we did it yesterday." and they hung up. A couple days later I got a bill. I'm still not 100% sure they worked on my roof.

Popped a fuse to outside and didn't know how to change it. Insisted on plugging in an extension cord in cellar. Cut the electric cord to ice melter on roof over family room. The gutters leak at corners and they must be more narrow than the ones they removed. My back porch gets soaked in areas that water never hit before. There was ice damage to an upper porch that I have not had since we had it rebuilt. I've called them twice since the work was paid for ,but get no response.

They changed how a couple drain spouts worked. Rerouted directions of them. Workers cut the line to heaters at the edge of roof that prevents ice buildup. They did not come back to fix it before the winter weather started. I have lots of ice this year. The gutters are closer to the house than the old ones were. When the sun melts the ice, it is not running into the gutters. My porch floor and stairs have a lot of ice on them. Keeping fingers crossed that there is no damage, but will have to wait for spring for corrections.
