Excellent. As always, Cobblestone responded promptly for each of the three times. Friendly, understanding and always courteous, a pleasure to deal with.

The owner of the business was very responsive and came quickly to estimate the job. He was through and professional. The estimate was fair and the start date was right along. No waiting until November or December when the threat of bad weather would stall the job. After we agreed to have Cobblestone do the work, the supplies were delivered and the work crew showed up soon thereafter. They worked very hard, were quiet, professional and through. They worked from sun up to sun down, completing the job is a short period of time. They were careful of our outdoor furniture,shrubs and potted plants. We did find a rip in the screen of our new patio door following completion of the job. The door was replaced soon thereafter.

We have been very impressed with this company. They not only provide excellent work but are prompt, courteous and professional. They actually had to re-work their schedule to accommodate us, because of other work we were having done, and did so with no complaints. The work was completed in a timely manner and our property was cleaned as if they were never here! Plus our new roof looks great! Would absolutely use them again!

The provider came to my home, and gave my husband a written estimate with an anticipated date of service to begin work. He did not go on my roof to look at the roof, the estimate was done by standing in the driveway. He was polite and came shortly after I called and asked for an estimate. He provided me with a sample of the shingle material that would be used. His price was very reasonable. He only provided an estimate , he did not do the job.

oWent very well, overall. Arrived on time for the estimate, provided the estimate in writing when they said they said they would. They started when they promised and finished when they promised. I stopped home unannounced during the project and they had protected the house and shrubs very well, as promised. The crew spoke little English, but the lead person came off the roof to speak with me. He was very pleasant, addressed all of my questions well. They were held up on day two, but worked until 6:30 to complete it. When they left, my property was left clean as when they arrived. I noticed a piece of old drip edge in my tree, so I called them the next morning and when I got home from work, it was gone. They left their sign, however, even though I asked them to pick it up - small in the scheme of things. The owner gave me the estimate. I was very pleased with the time he took with me, his explanation and detail. Although I felt the price was high, the quality was there and the promptness and responsiveness was there. I had contacted another roofing company and he recommended shingles - not a good idea from everything I researched due to the slope of the roof. He never did get back to me with a price on the cedar shakes. I was on a short time line due to a personal issue and Cobblestone accommodated that, as well.

Went very well. They were responsive in giving their estimate and coming to do the job. The roof has held up well.

I did extensive research and decided to go with Cobblestone Construction. Their pricing was a little high but it was in the middle range of all of my estimates. The salesperson was very nice. I feel like I got a good product.

A very satisfactory experience, especially considering that my wife had been told by another roofer that the whole section of roof needed replacement for much more money.

Don’t work with this company. They left bare wood on my roof. I have a ruined living room ceiling because of them. After I paid them to roof this. I now owe them, according to them, $120 for fascia board that they came back to put over bare wood they had left.

We developed a leak in our 25 year old shingle roof. We obtained several quotes. We were concerned about the onset of winter so we went with an established roofing company. They started work within a week and had a new roof on within a week. The soffit work was completed within two weeks. The crew worked into the dark (until 6 PM) most nights. The crew chief was one of the hardest workers I have seen in my life. Clean up could have been better but they originally tried to do it in the dark. They did more cleanup after I requested it. Removing a roof is messy so cannot expect that they will get every tiny scrap of old shingle. I rated the price as a B even though they were competitive. Roofs are just expensive and the price per square foot matched internet estimates.
