 + -1 moreMy son sent me one dozen roses for Valentine's Day. They arrived wilted and with brown edges on the petals. There were only 11 roses, instead of a dozen. I telephoned them at 5:23 and recieved a recording that their hours were until 5:30, however no one answered the phone. Upon calling the next morning, a pleasant young woman corrected the initial problem. She had another dozen sent to my home that morning.
Description of Work: I was given a dozen roses for Valentine's Day. They arrived wilted with brown on the petals, and only 11 instead of a dozen.
