+ -1 moreJoe and his crew did a great job for at least 4 consecutive years. Trimmed our very tall shrubs with scaffolds and cleaned up nearly all of the cut shrugs. Our problem began in the fall of 2012 when both myself and my neighbor called to schedule Joe to cut our shrubs. Joe responded to my neighbor that our job was the last on his list and he would get to us in late fall 2012. After a number of phone messages left for him, Joe never called back or trimmed our hedges in 2012. In the Spring of 2013, my neighbor left additional messages to do his shrubs, my shrugs, as well as the neighbor on the other side, but as of 7 July we have received no response from him. This experience has turned formerly extremely satisfied customers into very dissatisfied customers. We know that Joe and his crew do a wonderful job if they come.
Description of Work: Trimmed tall arborvitae bushes that edge our backyard.

+ -1 moreThey clean up everything. They don't leave residuals. They were fantastic. They are professional. You know they have been there but there is nothing left behind.
Description of Work: Ceravolo's Landscaping have been coming all summer and they keep my yard incredibly nice. They cut my grass and keep it green.
