Description of Work: Rob Lynn was contracted to perform a septic system test in anticipation of selling my house. He performed the test efficiently and with a minimum of disruption. He found that my system needed to be replaced and scheduled an engineer to come and complete a study/create plans so replacement could be scheduled. It's been a few weeks now since the engineer came to the house and I have had difficulty getting the remaining work scheduled. I have no doubt that when the work is scheduled and completed, it will be superior. But, I am on a time constraint with the house. I cannot sell if the septic isn't completed and the lack of communication and responsiveness with no explanation is seriously holding up a pending buyer. If it were not for this glitch in communication/scheduling, I would have no issues.
