Very well. They showed up on-time exactly as scheduled (they had arrived early and patiently waited in their car for the time... very much appreciated). Apartment looked gorgeous. Can't ask for more.

Blinds, tables and picture frames were still dusty like they just ran a cloth over without using a cleaner or windex. Dirt and fluff still under my be. I ended up using the swifter under the bed and dusting tables frames etc.. when I got home.

They sent two cleaners that did an excellent job cleaning. There was some miscommunication though with the main office because the confirmation sent indicated 2 cleaners for 5 hours. The cleaners did not stay the entire 5 hours, they finished much earlier. I inquired with the main office and they told me since there were 2 cleaners the duration paid for was cut in half. The company needs to sort out their confirmation system so people know and receive what they are paying for. I also found some damage to one of our cabinets after the cleaning was complete. Even though the cleaners denied causing the damage, Maid Marines did their best to address my concerns and make sure I left satisfied. Things don't always go as planned and I appreciate Maid Marine's dedication to customer service. Our cleaners also did a very good job.

It went very well. My only issue was she wore perfume, but I did not request no perfume. I will next time but she did very well.

The two person team that came were initially confused about the deal that the organization made because the agency itself was confused. I needed to call Angies list, they clarified the deal as I saw it and they had me print out that specific deal to show the team...at which point I was able to show them what needed to be done and they proceeded to work. They did a great job and I was very happy with the outcome.

I was so happy that I found Maid Marines! Our building is very fussy that providers are licensed and insured. It took me forever to find a cleaning service that was both, and that was rated high on Angie's List. Maid Marines was happy to provide them with their CoI. After approval from the building, I was able to schedule an appointment the next day, using the online booking. The crew came on time and set to work in a very professional manner. We discussed what needed to be done most urgently and they got it all done in the time allotted. I had a crew of four- Elva, Libia, Whitley and Tranise. The last two turned out to be trainees, but they worked so well and were so thorough I would never have known that. The whole crew worked as a team and obviously got along well.

The booking processing was seamless, and the customer service was exceptional. They answered all of my questions and concerns and help me find an appointment that fits my time. They had a choice between hourly or flat rate, I chose the flat rate option and it was around $200 for my one bedroom cleaning. A bit more expensive than Handy, but fairly competitive with the other quotes I've received. They sent a very friendly and professional maid, I believe her name was Lauren or Laurel. She started right away in the bathroom and the kitchen, which she claims takes the most time and would need the most attention. She spent about an hour in the bathroom alone, and it was sparkling clean. Same thing for the kitchen. There were a lot of dust due to the previous tenant moving out, but Lauren was able to get rid of all the dust and stains. She also spent a lot of time on the cabinets, windows, and walls. Overall, the cleaning was nothing short of amazing.

Originally I called to book a flat rate cleaning for my studio, but they recommended me to book hourly instead for a more customized cleaning. It hasn't been cleaned for about 2 years, so I figured why not. I specifically instructed the maid to concentrate on the kitchen and the bathroom since my living area isn't too dirty. The maid spent about 45 minutes in the bathroom and an hour and a half in the kitchen. I've never seen my place this clean before. She spent the remaining time cleaning out the fridge, oven, and the cabinets. I didn't have a chance to see what supplies they used, but the apartment smelled amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

They did a fantastic job. It was $35 per person per hour. Two people went here.

I have used maid marines about 4 times now. They are fantastic. In the past I have used other services but they just don't compare to mm. The team of 2 has always arrived promptly at the scheduled time and done a very thorough and top notch cleaning. I'm so pleased that I'm now going to schedule regular monthly cleanings.

I can't speak highly enough about Maid Marines. They're communication is great. They are always so responsive via email and it's so easy to make appointments. It's a little pricey, but completely worth it. I always request Ricardo and Yocaira. They are fantastic. They are prompt, nice and have an amazing attention to detail. I usually email a list of things that need their attention and I never have to worry that they won't get it done. Thank God for Maid Marines.

This company is so unprofessional. I explained to them that I purchased an apartment that was completely moved out and was going to gut and redesign the place and that I only wanted them to dust and sweep and mop floors and clean windows. They showed up and started complaining that they would not take the job without even asking what i wanted to have done. The two cleaners left, and I get a harassing voicemail from their customer service group stating that i had not notified them of the condition of the apartment and how dirty it was. I was very specific and told them this was a gut job, that the place was very dirty and had not been cleaned in years and that all they needed to do was to dust and clean windows as I was going to gut the place and they told me they were going to charge me anyway because I did not describe the condition of the apartment. Maid Marines is the wrong name for this company. I should be called Prissy Barely Cleaning Services ( we only do light cleaning jobs and clean apartments that are already clean)

Serge and Daniella showed up to our home promptly at 10 AM (they were supposed to come between 930 and 1030) with all their cleaning supplies in hand. My wife took them through the house showing them exactly what to clean. The 2 housecleaners worked diligently for the entire five hour period. They cleaned our entire home to the point where the house was sparkling. They spent long amounts of time in each room of the home and we were truly impressed. The aspect of the cleaning that I am most happy about is the job that they did in our garage. The previous owner of our home left us with a very messy garage with lots of debris and even some broken glass. We were amazed at the job that our cleaners did, turning this catastrophe of a garage into one of the cleanest rooms in the house. We would not hesitate to use these cleaners again.
