At first the job was well done and everything went according to plan and we were very happy with their service. Michael had underestimated the size of the job and instead of approaching me and discussing this issue he disappeared. I was incredably willing to give him more than the initial agreement that I had another check written and ready to go. Currently after 7 months we still have a tree trunk lying on the ground that is too large for me to move and a stump that is not ground up. After multiple messages he has not returned my call once. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. There are other providers out there.

VanHorn's Tree Care was efficient and very helpful going above and beyond what they even quoted us to begin with. They worked tirelessly in the cold weather and were very professional when working around the house and talking with us. It was hard to believe that they made any profit from their work as their price was extremely good beating the closest quote by $300. At first I decided not to go with them but after they delivered good seasoned wood to our house multiple times they showed their ability for good work. Although their outfit looked rough to begin with, not including the owner, I was extremely happy with my decision to go with them and I plan on using them in the future to take down large trees near my house. They truly do an honest days worth of work for an honest pay, which is very rare to find these days. I was so impressed I gave them extra money and have never done that for services rendered at my house.
