Description of Work: They did two septic test/pump outs. One on a house I was purchasing and one at the home I'm living in.

+ 0 moreChip is very personable, courteous and professional. It's a dirty business and his equipment was spotless. He first came when the ground was frozen and had to jack hammer the ground just to get to the tank. Our problems stemmed from a very bad plumbing job under the house. He does not usually do plumbing work but rigged us up so we were operational. He also got us in touch with a plumber who corrected the issues we had going on under the house. We were in a bind and he really could have nailed us with charges for all what he did but he kept the price fair.
Description of Work: Chip emptied our septic tank twice and got our waste drains under the house going again.
