Description of Work: Made appointment. Didn't show. 2nd appointment time window 3-5 came at 5:30 needed parts. Promised Sat am. Didn't call or show. When I called him he said that Lowe's had not confirmed payment of extra work. Made appointment for Sunday 3-5. Arrived at 4:45. BUT he did a GREAT job once he got there.
