They are family owned business and they are really good with their customers. It is like they know everybody and they treat you like family first of all. They are just really good with people. I am on a budget plan. As an example at Christmas time because the cost of oil had gone down, they waived the December payment which was really nice. That really helped everybody at Christmas time not having to make a December payment. A lot of bigger companies would not do that. I just thought that was really nice of them. Instead of reducing our monthly payment for the rest of the year, they waived the payment at Christmas time which I felt was really nice. They are very personable. It is one advantage of dealing with a local company. I pay by phone. So, I just call them up and tell them who I am and they have my credit card on file. That is how I make my payment every month. I usually end up with a credit left over at the end of the year which gives me a little credit going into the following year.
