+ -1 moreEvery year she sends me a little card. She’s great. Two months ago, she didn’t charge me anything because the chimney didn’t need to be clean. She’s really good. Every year, she notifies you when it’s time to have the chimney clean via mail. She does other things. They are punctual. For ten and a half years, I have not had them not come the day and time they said they were coming. I've used them for ten and a half years.
