Apex Sewer & Drain Cleaning

On 3/24 for my main sewer line backing up. Chris snaked the line 40 ft and said the clog was cleared. The following night at 10:24 pm it backed up again APEX is a 24 hr service so I called the main number. I was sent to an answering service and got voicemail, I left 3 messages. At 10:54 pm I texted Chris to let him know what was going on. 8 hours after the clog Chris responded via text. Brian came to my house the next am, after running water for 45 mins he told me it was a soft clog. I requested a camera inspected and was advised Brian did not have the unit on his truck. 4/15 our French drains were overflowing with sewage. 4/16 we had another company come to inspect the line, since APEX can’t figure the issue out. At 93ft there was a massive ball of roots in my line that has been there for years this company said. If APEX inspected the line properly, we would have potentially avoided the mess or having to redo our finished basement and throw out our sentimental items that got ruined.

The 2 brothers were punctual,professional,efficient.The excavation was difficult because it ran next to a terraced garden .The repair was completed .They explained to me what the job would entail and showed me the actual break in the line and the repair they performed.It was obvious they enjoyed their work and they were a great team.
