I haven't used the appliance in the six years since my wife passed away, but when I looked inside one day, I found an inch of standing water in it. Long story short, the repairman found the intake valve was leaking, and since I no longer have need for the dishwasher, he went to the basement and found the appropriate shutoff valve, came up, spun out the standing water, and all's well. You might say that he didn't fix the dishwasher. He didn't. He fixed the problem. IL don't worry about harboring a mold factory, and go on cleaning my few dishes the old fashioned way.

Outstanding! Ray was terrific explaining the rear legs of the rear legs of the washer needed to slightly lifted to better stablize the machine since it was on a platform. The machine itself checked out fine. I just needed to pay a service call. He was on time and very honest. Highly recommended!

Diagnosed the problem fast...Ordered parts but significant delay in parts without accountability...after few weeks installed the parts...Issue started again after a month..called for warranty...no response for weeks...followed up again than received the visit....was told one of the parts on replaced assembly gone bad and need to replace which should arrive in 2-3 days but it didn't...still awaiting to get it repaired.... suggest try someone more professional with better commitment to customer service.

Serviceman showed me transmission casing broke then jamed spinning...recommended new machine. National Appliance also sells refurbished machines. In the same day a nice May tag washer was delivered and installed all for $375..repair was $65. I feel this was a great deal.

Ray was right on time. Very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem at a very fair price.

I highly recommend National Appliance from start to finish! They provided information, research to assess the situation and best approach, choosing and purchasing a new oven, to the removal, and installation in a tricky, tight location including up 1.5 flights of stairs. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to do business with. They made the entire process a breeze for me as a consumer.

Thought I may need a new motor, turned out small plastic part was broken. Repairman called at 9 said he would arrive before noon. Showed up at 10 and repair completed by 10:30. Professional, Courteous. The best in the business. Will hire again without hesitation.

Ray showed up and reset the thermostat and said it’s fixed. Which it wasn’t. I have called them at least 3 times to let them know. Ray finally calls me back and starts yelling and telling me how he doesn’t have time. Let’s start with you are in the service industry- how dare you get rude with me and start yelling! Second- you didn’t fix my Samsung fridge because it’s still not freezing items. Don’t tell me to plug it out for another 24 hours- I already tried that and it didn’t work. And I called the credit card company and to stop payment! Don’t call them!!! You will regret it!

Ray came within time frame, and even called to tell me he would be a little late. He checked the refrigerator and identified the problem within the first 10 minutes he was here. The manufacturer's service team and another repairman were not able to repair it in the past. I will definitely call Ray when I need other appliances repaired. I have already shared his name and number with friends.

The technician Ray came and assessed the ice maker and determined it needed a new motor. It took a few days to get the part and was installed efficiently. Ray was a professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was very happy with his work and will definitely recommend him and the company for repairs.

Excellent! Ray is a very nice man. He returned my call right away, and came the same day. He is very honest. The condenser fan motor was not working. He could have easily sold me another one, but he told the truth! A miracle, right? He showed me that it was clogged up with dust, and the fan was not able to turn! Well, when is the last time you dragged out your refrigerator to dust? He vacuumed it out, and all is well! I am so happy that I now have a repairman!

Great. Ray showed up a day early (as agreed) and had the part in hand already. He fixed it quickly and was on his way again. I really appreciate that he took the extra effort to come on Monday so that I wouldn't have to wait until after the blizzard on Tuesday.
