He did not do a hard sale with bells and whistles but listened to us, answered our questions and proposed exactly what we were looking to do and at a reasonable price. We met him at the supply plant and reviewed the many colors and material options to ensure our satisfaction. But the best was the quality of the workmanship and the timeliness in which the job was completed. I would recommend them highly to my family, friends, and neighbors.. It was a pleasure to work with this local family business. The company was able to present a clear written contract during the price quoting process. The contract was very detailed and specifically stated exactly what work was going to be performed for the price. We were also able to negotiate a very fair price. Communications were always very clear. They showed up on the dates promised and completed the work promptly. The workers were always professional and curteous. We had our basement floor re-done because we always got water in our basement when it rained. We now have a quality basement floor system. We highly recommend NAP Const.
