I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!! Fredy and his crew did it again!! this is my 3rd remodel with them and it could not have gone better. They installed a kitchen where no kitchen existed before that. All new electrical, plumbing, skim coated the rough ceiling, painting, cabinet install, vinyl plank flooring installed, backsplash tile installation...the list goes on of what they did. The pictures speak for themselves. Everything came out perfect! As usual the crew was professional and timely. I will certainly be using them again in the near future

Hired this company to perform a bathroom remodel. They did a fantastic job. Very easy to get in contact with in order to discuss the project and were willing to answer any questions. The remodel looks great and they had a better price then any of the other estimates. We plan on hiring them again.

Better than expected. Very punctual and stayed in budget. Cris offered suggestions the work was completed ahead of schedule. Had a minor problem and he returned the next day to fix. Would definitely hire again.

Chris is the ultimate professional. His pricing is very fair and the quality of his work is impeccable. He and his crew was on time everyday. He constantly communicates. He goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the quality of the work and the progress. He even came on a few Saturdays. Upon completion of the kitchen, me and my wife were completely blown away. The kitchen looks like something on TV or in a magazine. It was just top notch. We recently had guests over, and they were taking pictures and just in awe of the quality of the work and the modern look. We were so happy with Chris that we asked him to do a few other projects, which he incorporated while the kitchen remodel was being done. We have a few more projects and will not think of anyone other than Chris to get it done. It was just a pleasure to work with him and his crew.

I HAVE USED MANY CONTRACTORS IN THE PAST AND WASN'T HAPPY. CRISVALIH COMPANY WAS GREAT. BEFORE I DECIDED ON USING CHRIS. I HAD MANY QUESTION'S. CHRIS MUST HAVE COME OVER AT LEAST SIX TIMES, ALONG WITH MANY PHONE CALLS. HE WAS PROMPT TO ANSWER, COURTEOUS AND PATIENT. HIS WORK OUTSTANDING. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CORRECT SOME ISSUES, WITHOUT OVERCHARGING. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN AND I WILL RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO OTHERS. HIS PAINTING EXCELLENT AND HIS CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND NOT ONLY HARDWORKING, BUT REALLY ENJOYING, DOING THEIR WORK. I FELT CHRIS AND HIS CREW,TREATED MY HOUSE AS IF IT WAS THEIR OWN. Cris Lopez is friendly and easy to deal with. He and his staff are conscientious. He communicates well and takes care to keep you informed. He comes when he says he will and sticks to the budget agreed on. There were no long delays between work sessions. He listened carefully to requests made and did his best to respond to them. He paid close attention to the scope of the work as agreed upon. Overall, working with Cris was an easy process. We are hoping to get Cris to do another job for us in the near future.

Cris is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was very helpful in discussing the layout and made excellent suggestions. Cris and his crew were very professional and asked for feedback through the job to make sure we were satisfied. The job was completed on time and on budget. I have since recommended him to our friends and will definitely call him for our next remodeling job.

Cris and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had our bathroom completely remodeled and Cris gave us a very fair quote, and completed the work in under a week. He was here every morning by 7am, completed a full day of work and cleaned everything up before leaving each day. We have already decided to use Cris again for our kitchen remodel and recommended him to all our friends in the area. You will not regret working with Cris and his team.

Chris and his crew completely gutted and replaced my main floor 5x7 bathroom. It also included replacing a window in the shower with a smaller one. From the time that I met with a Chris, from the estimate and throughout the job, Chris and his crew were always punctual and pleasant. They started around 7:30 every morning and put in a full day. Often putting in 10 to 10.5 hour days to get the job done. They worked extremely hard. The job was done within 8 days including a Saturday. He did the plumbing and electrical work himself, so he did not hire a subcontractor. There were a few hiccups or bumps in the road during the way, but Chris did his best to resolve them, which shows his integrity. The end result was a beautiful bathroom that I had envisioned. I will use him for future projects.

After doing an excellent job on my house (see pics below), we asked Cris to finish our basement. Once again, Cris and his team were incredibly diligent, professional, and timely in their work. As mentioned previously, unlike many other contractors, Cris really cares about the end product and that shows in the way he takes on and works through his projects. His primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of his consumer and, in our case, he definitely did not disappoint.

Cris and his crew did a total gut job on my 10' x 5' full bathroom. They completed the remodel in about 7 days. They were there every day, even in a snow storm. They do one job at a time and were there every day. Beautiful work!

Fredy is the best. He’s done work in my house before and I wouldn’t hire anyone else. He gutted and refinished the basement and gutted and refinished the bathroom. He changes or fixes anything I ask him to and if there’s a problem he comes right over to fix it. His workers are very polite and neat and clean.

The bathroom turned out great!! The tile work was impeccable! The crew was here on time every morning and even worked late some nights to get the job done. Great attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Planning our next renovation with them soon.

Chris is a true professional and takes pride in the work that he does. He was accommodating in meeting me in the evening to provide me an estimate since I work in the city. When we gave us the estimate, he told us up front that he had previously scheduled jobs, and that he wouldn't be able to do the renovation until about a month later. My wife and I felt most comfortable with Chris and therefore were willing to wait until the next month to have the work completed. To Chris' credit, the date we had agreed upon was never postponed and started the work on the date we had discussed. Unlike other contractors I have used in the past that start a project, collect the initial deposit, and then you don't see them for days; Chris' crew was at the house every day to put in a full day's work every day until the job was completed. He also accurately estimated it would take about 5 days to complete the renovation. I would highly recommend Chris for any projects you may be considering. He is hard working, honest, does excellent work and keeps his word. I already plan to use him for some projects around my house.

I was looking to gut and remodel a small bathroom in my house. This house was built in 1928 and I moved in in December 1991. This bathroom was the only full bathroom in my house for my family. The bathroom was never updated since we lived here, except for a few paint and cosmetic changes. I think this bathroom was probably not updated for at least 50-60 years. Unfortunately, we had to gut this bathroom because the pipes were leaking behind the walls all the way down to our Dining Room. I knew that with this gut/remodel had to be done. I had called a few companies to come give me estimates. The first few people who showed up just did not give me comfort in a major job they would be doing for me. For example, not showing up when a time and date was set for an estimate. When someone finally showed up, they came and looked over my bathroom and left. Not once did I see the person measure anything, take out a pen to write down anything. I was very frustrated with my first two estimates. I decided to go on AngiesList.com to see if I could find a better solution. I found “Crisvalih Home Remodelation Inc”. They were AngiesList Certified, had a Super Service Award from 2016 and had incredible positive reviews. I called the number and spoke with Chris. I told him I wanted him to stop by and give me an estimate. He set a time and date. He showed up on time the date we planned. Not only did he do a thorough review of the bathroom but he also measured everything, took notes in a notebook and asked me questions of what I was looking to do. Also, he saw we had a steam heater in the bathroom and asked me what I want to do with our heating. The other two companies who gave me estimates, never even discussed my heating system!! Chris told me he would email me the estimate in 3-5 days. True to his word, I received the estimate. His estimate was a very fair. My wife and I agreed that signing up with Chris would be the best choice. We met him again to go over all the details of what materials we need (Tiles, Bathtub, Toilet, ext..) and he explained to us the pros and cons of buying certain materials. Chris told us that depending on how the gut job goes, he wanted to give us options on the heating system such as changing to heated floors. We wanted to keep the steam heating. Chris gave us the earliest date available to start the job and gave us an estimate of how many days we would be without a shower. He called us the week before to verify the date he was starting the project (exactly the date he told us when we signed the contract) and that he starts every morning at 7am. Chris showed up at 7am with his 2 crew members. The crew would set up drop cloths throughout the house. At the end of each workday they would vacuum and clean up for the day. They made sure to take care of my home as if it were theirs. Chris was on hand every day and he takes care of all the major parts of the work details because, in my opinion, he is a perfectionist. If there is an unexpected problem that arises, before he speaks with me to tell me there is a problem, he will always have the answer to the unexpected problem and what he would suggest to do. I always found his suggestions to be the best way to resolve the issue. In the end, Chris was able to keep the steam heating that we wanted all along. The job was completed in the estimated time he gave us. I thought this was a perfect way to compliment Chris, see below for the Merriam-Webster Definition of PROFESSIONALISM Definition of professionalism 1: the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person 2: the skill, good judgment, and polite behavior that is expected from a person who is trained to do a job well Overall, the work of Chris and his team surpassed my expectations. I will be using him for my future home renovation projects as well as recommending him to any of my family and friends who are looking to do home renovations. Finally, sometimes reviews on-line do not justify the work that was done so I am putting up the before and after pictures of my bathroom for everyone to see. Once again, Great Job Chris!!

Cris and his 2 nice helpers showed up exactly when he said they would, and the job took as long as he said it would, 5-6 days. It was a gut re-model of a small upstairs bathroom. There were a couple of unforeseen problems with the plumbing under the floor, which were handled at a reasonable extra cost. The new bathroom is beautiful and my kids love it! It looks better than I hoped. I am already thinking about what I want Cris and his crew to fix up next!

Fantastic. Cris checked all my orders before I placed them to make sure I was ordering all the right pieces and parts. I felt like he was really my partner in this project and his guidance was absolutely invaluable -- helped me to make better decisions small and large for the best possible outcome. And he did find a few surprises with some mold and some bad plumbing, etc but he stayed on track and was done in 8 days! 8!! Amazing. The glass for the shower will be in shortly and I am using a vendor recommended by Cris for this last part of the job. I highly recommend Cris for any job large or small. He's talented and professional AND HONEST.

As we applied for a 203k Home Renovation Loan, we spent a few weeks going through multiple contractors and various quotes for the large-scale remodel that we were planning. We grew increasingly frustrated with the process and had regretted our decision of going forward with this loan as all the potential contractors that we met were either incredibly pricey or seemed very difficult to work with. However, that all changed once we met Cristian. Cristian is an honest, professional and diligent contractor who made our dream home a reality. What we really appreciated about working with him was his ability to anticipate problems and provide creative, cost-effective solutions. More than anything else, he was not satisfied unless we were satisfied and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with his work. He and his team were always timely, clean, and organized. Most importantly, Cristian kept to his work schedule and completed the entire job (which consisted of gutting and remodeling our entire house) in the time frame that he had allotted from the beginning. He was also very flexible when we modified and added certain components to the project as we went on. Simply put, Cristian has allowed us to realize and create our dream home. We've liked his work so much that we also recently gave him our basement to complete! Don't hesitate to go with him as there aren't many contractors with the integrity, industry, and work ethic that he and his team possess!

We are extremely pleased with the work Chris performed for us. His crew was punctual and highly professional. Chris and his employees were able to meet a deadline to complete the work. He was able to offer valuable suggestions on design. he and his employees had expertise in tilework, flooring and carpentry. He was able to recommend other professionals such as plumber and cabinet makers to complete our work. As a result, we feel as if we have an entire brand new kitchen and bathrooms. I would highly recommend Chris and his company for and renovation project.

Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Chris and his fabulous team have done it again!!! Having completed a magnificent master bathroom gut renovation a few weeks ago, I called Chris to work his magic again. A new rental home with extensive water damage and neglected interior needed updating and repair. Chris and his crew arrived daily at 7am sharp. They went over and above expectations. There was an antiquated kitchen unit that needed removal. Chris climbed under floor crawl spaces and between crevices to remove the rusty kitchen unit. When problems arose Chris always had a clever, money saving solution to fix the issue. The house was completed today, on time and within the budget.The house looks absolutely stunning thanks to Chris and his amazing team!!! I will definitely use Chris on my next home renovation project.

Very well. Cris, the proprietor, was receptive to our initial needs and proved to be flexible too. We contracted for one type of first floor bathroom but because of a family matter we had to change the plan at the very beginning of the job, and Cris was right there with us, helping us with the new plan, making suggestions and watching our costs, and executing professionally. He is very good at what he does--a qualified and personable workman. He and his team--Jose and Olman--were always punctual and always cleaned up at the end of a day's work. They made this kind of job, which always imposes some inconvenience, quite bearable for us. Our dog, who met them at the door early every morning, misses them!

Words can not express how thrilled I am with my new bathroom that Chris renovated. Chris and his team came promptly at 7 am each morning. They are so dedicated that they even worked on July 4th!!! The work areas were always kept super clean. Chris was extremely efficient and meticulous through out the job. He went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was attended to. He was unfazed when surprises came up and always had a creative, clever and cost efficient solution. The work was completed on schedule. Overall, the work surpassed my expectations. This is the third contractor I have had to work with and by far the best. Chris and his partner were on time every day and unlike any of the other contractors I have worked with, he was present every single work day and hands on with the renovation. Not only did he complete the task within the time agreed upon, but he took on numerous small projects throughout the house. They were all issues left behind by a previous contractor that did subpar work and left me with many problems. His professionalism and work ethic are exceptional. I cannot recommend him enough.

Beautiful ,Fredy and his crew do great work. Always polite and if there's anything I'm not happy with Fredy will Change it. They clean up when they are done. I wouldn't have anyone else do work in my house.
