We have gotten several estimates for work we needed done. Not only was Christian's one of the most reasonable ones, but also what made me really go with him was his honesty. Initially, we only needed a full bath and a deck done, but they encountered a significant plumbing issue which was a leftover from the previous disastrous contractor who did our guest bathroom. We decided to redo it also. Cris and his crew were absolutely amazing, hard working, diligent, and very reliable. I loved the fact that he was able to give me different suggestions and ideas that I would never thought of myself. Everything went smoothly, and the ending result was absolutely stunning. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms and a beautiful deck. But what I really like is the fact that I don't have worry of anything leaking into my basement. I know it's done right. I will definitely hire Cris again for a couple of other projects that need to be addressed.

Cris is a good guy and an honest worker. I’ve used him twice already and happy both times. He shows up and puts in a full days work with his crew.

It was very difficult choosing a contractor for this bathroom remodel due to personal past experience. I was very cautious and thorough in my interview process. He had to think I was a crazy lady! Amazing! Cris and Valdo (and Olman) were the main interior carpenters, sheet rockers, and kitchen/Bathroom re-modelers. Then Crisvalih's tape, spackle and prime crew came in (under Miguel). Then Crisvalih's flooring guy, Carlos came in to lay down the wood flooring on the 1st floor and stain the unfinished wood flooring on the 2nd floor that lay underneath the ripped up 1968 carpet. Then Crisvalih's exterior Siding and Masonry crews took over (George's crew did the Siding repairs, and Manuel's crew did the masonry and blacktop). All of Crisvalih's various crews modeled the superior skills, great work ethic, high business integrity, and upbeat positive attitudes of Crisvalih's founder Cris and and his main assistant Valdo.

Cris, from Crisvalih Home Remodelation, and his team did an excellent job! Our small bathroom has a slanted ceiling and skylight and we were concerned about the layout and how to make everything fit. Cris was very helpful in providing ideas and suggestions for making the best use of the space including building a custom cabinet. He pointed out plumbing concerns from when the bathroom was originally installed and addressed all issues. Cris was very professional and easy to work with. We are very pleased with our beautiful new bathroom and would definitely use Crisvalih for other projects in our home.

We started with a few upgrades to our bathroom, but after consulting with Freddy he convinced us to completely remodel our bathroom. Two weeks later it was a phenomenal transformation. They did a great job and i will definitely hire and recommend to them to everyone I know.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed and happy I am with Cris and his team. From the very beginning they were punctual (early for estimate appointment) and fair in both expectations and price. My basement looks beautiful!!! Cristian and his team got everything done in a week. They were very professional and puntual, and got the job done in 5 days. They got the materials and everything i didnt have to leave my house to but anything. Will definitely hire them again.

Cris and his team are amazing. This is the second big project that we used them for and we couldn’t be happier with the process and the finished product. Cris is extremely responsive and respectful. We ran into a few issues with the scheduling of our cabinets and Cris was so accommodating in rearranging his schedule to make himself available once the cabinets arrived. We also added additional small projects in along the way and Cris found a way to get everything done still within the original timeline set. We couldn’t be happier with Cris and we’ll never use another contractor for a home project.

Fredy is wonderful! He listens to what you want, he is knowledgable and detail oriented. He kept in contact with me, came promplty every day, cleaned up every day. He worked 2 weeks straight, He had a crew working every day so the work was done quickly and professionally. He did a great job installing a wooden floor on a very uneven underfloor and made it work. He had to reframe a doorway because the closet doors I ordered werent true to size. He did it quickly, with no complaints and no extra charge. The paint job was great and he even touched up an area I had not hired him for, He located the paint in my basement and touched up an old area. I am very happy. I thought his prices were very fair.

I fully renovated my kitchen in the last two months. The demo of cabinets, flooring, appliances, and the cutting of a wall were done within two days. Each day I arrived home from work, I saw progress attuned to the plan Fredy laid out. Fredy and his workers were very professional, and more importantly, skilled. The angle cuts are spot on, everything is level, paint job is well done, the ceiling repaired perfectly, pendent lights and recessed ceiling lights arranged flawlessly, door pulls installed, appliances were installed without issue, and any questions or slight change of plans were accommodated. I have no reservations working again with Fredy or recommending him to anyone looking for a complete remodeling of a kitchen. He was there for every aspect. Good luck with your project.

This is the 2nd time around that I am using Chrisvalih Home Remodeling for a construction project at my home. The quality of work and attention to detail is the best I have seen. He listened to our requests and offered his opinion and various options that were very helpful. Most of all, he and his team are trustworthy individuals – he had full access to our home as we were away and he treated my home with ultimate care. He is very neat and punctual – key criteria that were important to us. The whole process was painless and Chris always keeps to his word in terms of scheduling and pricing. We will be using him again for our kitchen remodel.

The bathroom was created using a side door mudroom and pantry space so it was an extensive project. From beginning to end, about 6 months, Fredy and his crew were professional, responsive and easy to work with. Our project was delayed due to changes WE made and Fredy was patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. I can not say enough good things about his work!

Those of you who are looking to renovate their coops: Renovation is already a stressful process, getting board approval makes it even worse but Cris was prompt to submit the hefty paperwork for our coop board approval and we got our approval within days.

The owner Cris did our bathroom and always showed up on time. He never skipped a day. He finished the job within the time frame that he told us. His work was very well done. We would recommend him to anyone who wants their work done in a timely fashion and with quality. Cris is easy to contact and listens to the home owner's ideas. The best part is the price was right. He was extremely reliable and his work was neat. He was the best contractor that ever worked in our home!

Cris did a wonderful job with our bathroom, which required taking out the tub and installing the shower, redoing the shower floor and wall tiles. He was efficient, timely and very professional. He is also very responsive to his client's goals and easy to communicate with. He is also super flexible and knowledgeable if there is a change in plan along the way. You should hire Crisvalih Home Remodeling for your job and don’t think twice! Cris, the owner, is by far the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. His quality of work can’t be beat, his approach to the job is great, he does what he says, he’s always on time, and he’s extremely easy to work with. We hired Cris and his fantastic crew to gut renovate a master bath in a home we recently purchased. We interviewed a few contractors, and upon meeting Cris it was easy to tell who we wanted to go with. Cris had great ideas, spoke confidently, and based on the previous reviews it was an easy choice. Prior to the work, Cris helped us with questions we had on choosing the right supplies (tiles, fixtures, etc.), so that out project would come out great. He replies to emails quickly, and easy to reach by phone. A week before the job started Cris called to check in, to see if I needed any additional help in getting the supplies. He offered to pick up the tiles, shower, and large items for me, which was great. Cris and his team arrived exactly on time for the first day of the job. While some contractors change their start dates/times, or don’t show up some days, Cris showed up every day of the job at the exact same time every morning. I’ve never seen a contractor so prompt on a daily basis! The team quickly unloaded their tools, and within ten mins got to work. The first day was tearing down the old bath. It was gone by the end of the day, and all the trash was removed that day from the house. In fact the team did a great job cleaning / vacuuming every day. They didn’t leave junk all over the house, and really did treat our house like it was theirs. During the build of the new bathroom, Cris was in constant communication, explaining what was happening each day, and answering any questions I had. In a few short days our new bathroom was complete, and we couldn’t be happier. While working on the bathroom, we asked Cris to do some unplanned work, such as new lights and exhaust fan in our other bathroom, and new interior doors. He quickly agreed to add the work, and gave us a very fair price for the added work. Also to note…when putting in the exhaust fans in both bathrooms, he vented them out of the attic, rather than just letting the humid air vent to the attic and a possible have a mold issue in the future. A little thing, but shows that Cris wasn’t focused just on finishing the job fast, but really did care about the long term and wanted to prevent future issues for us. We plan to renovate our kitchen next year, and will be using Cris and his team again. As one of the biggest challenges in any renovation is finding a good contractor, now that we know Cris, we’ll never have to go through that process again.

Excellent. Stayed on schedule and completed numerous projects on my home quickly at a very good price. I had construction done on my kitchen, living room, bedrooms, two bathrooms, floors and ceilings, and new moldings, all done beautifully. He stayed on the budget presented and in the time frame he stated. I would highly recommend this Fredy and his crew. I am very happy with the results.

I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!! Fredy and his crew did it again!! this is my 3rd remodel with them and it could not have gone better. They installed a kitchen where no kitchen existed before that. All new electrical, plumbing, skim coated the rough ceiling, painting, cabinet install, vinyl plank flooring installed, backsplash tile installation...the list goes on of what they did. The pictures speak for themselves. Everything came out perfect! As usual the crew was professional and timely. I will certainly be using them again in the near future

Hired this company to perform a bathroom remodel. They did a fantastic job. Very easy to get in contact with in order to discuss the project and were willing to answer any questions. The remodel looks great and they had a better price then any of the other estimates. We plan on hiring them again.

Better than expected. Very punctual and stayed in budget. Cris offered suggestions the work was completed ahead of schedule. Had a minor problem and he returned the next day to fix. Would definitely hire again.
