Prompt, effecient, professional. Five years later roof has taken a beating from heavy snows and has held up well. No leaks.

Very happy with the speed and responsiveness of Ken from Roofman. From the time we first made contact until the job was completed was less than two weeks. Ken gave me an estimate and we signed a contract on a Thursday and the job was completed in one day the following Tuesday. He gave me prices for a metal roof and traditional shingles (which were much less expensive). Rather than giving me a hard sell on the more expensive metal roof, he agreed with my decision to stay with shingles, given the age of the building. There were no surprises or extra charges, so we stayed right on budget.

He was very professional. He's been in the roofing business for a long time and knows it very, very well. He shared with us a number of roofing problems that he discovered when he did roofs for other people. He gave a very effective sale presentation. He showed us the kind of roofing materials he would use. He was a little more sales oriented than we were prepared for. He was very anxious to have us commit to him and we were just collecting quotes. We were quite impressed with him although his quote was higher than another quote we got.

We recently had The Roofman replace the lower half and two porches on our one hundred fifty seven year old farm house, with a new metal roof. You can imagine the surprises that appeared each day of the work. That includes broken rafters to Bats. Mike had, and explained the remedy for every challenging situation that he came across. They were still done in four days. We had the upper section of the roof done ten years ago by another contractor. We were happy with that work until Mike and his crew showed us what superior quality is. The next time we need work done I will go directly to The Roofman of Syracuse.
