Our experience with them was very good. We are still in the process of getting a couple more estimates before we decide on what to do. They were very good and professional. They were a little getting here for the estimate.

We recently had The Roofman replace the lower half and two porches on our one hundred fifty seven year old farm house, with a new metal roof. You can imagine the surprises that appeared each day of the work. That includes broken rafters to Bats. Mike had, and explained the remedy for every challenging situation that he came across. They were still done in four days. We had the upper section of the roof done ten years ago by another contractor. We were happy with that work until Mike and his crew showed us what superior quality is. The next time we need work done I will go directly to The Roofman of Syracuse. I am very satisfied with the job that Ken's crew did. They were respectful of our persons and our home, worked quickly, and picked up after themselves. What I had to clean up was only one handful of small pieces. Ken personally inspected their work and directed rework to two areas until he was satisfied that the job was done right. When the interior rip out was completed, he sent someone back on the weekend to spray bleach solution on the mold that had been growing on things that were not going to be replaced on this job, to minimize the amount of time it took to finish the job. They were back 3 days after the work was done to retrieve the last dumpster, the whole thing from start to finish took less than a week.
