American Landscape Construction

I was desperate to find a place that would deliver runner crush to my house seeing as it was the Friday before a holiday weekend and the other people who I was dealing with kept giving me the run-around. I was trying to find somewhere close to my house and came upon American Landscape Construction's website, which is a very generic website, no address really, but I saw that they were in Lafayette, NY. I called the # on the site and a guy answered (sounded like he said his name was Mark) and he said he could deliver me some rocks the next day - Saturday AM. He said it would cost $20 to deliver around a yard of stone to my house, that included the stone and the delivery cost (I'm not far from Lafayette). He said he would call one of his guys to deliver the rocks and call me the next morning. Saturday morning came, I received no call and I called him at least 10 times and left a message desperate to get the rocks because we already had all the materials and had planned to DIY our front walkway on this particular weekend for about 2 months at this point. No call back. He was a complete no call, no show, didn't give 2 s**** about customer service apparently. I would highly recommend not going with these people because they are 100% UNRELIABLE. I was forced to find someone else on a holiday weekend when NO ONE was open and it was by the grace of God that I found another landscaping place by my house that HAPPENED to be open and HAPPENED to have someone there who could deliver my rocks. I detest this company and have no doubt they will go out of business with practices like this. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
