+ -1 moreIt came out very well! I also gave him a little extra money to put in new leaders, and he replaced all of them for me. He stands behind his work and includes a 5-15 year guarantee on all workmanship.
Description of Work: He removed three layers of shingle tiles and then examined the roof for damage to the wood. He found one piece and replaced it for free. He had already told me in advance that he pays for the first piece of wood. He did not find any other rotted wood, only that one piece. After that, he laid the ice-shield, tar paper, and shingles for my new roof.

Description of Work: repaired torn flashing on parapet wall and extended rubber roofing along entire parapet wall of flat roof. Also caulked all open and exposed areas where siding met roof. Also replaced a few missing shingles on facet of roof. Lastly provided coat of silver paint to entire roof.

They completed the job by the days end, only to realize that they had to return to fabricate and install a new roof hatch, since they were short on lumber. They returned the next day and completed the job by 10:30 am.
