Description of Work: Our heat was not working. Since this company had installed our $13,000 furnace we called them to repair it. It is still under warranty, however, that avenue was not pursued by the company (the mfg will only deal directly with the service company). I have no idea if, after paying $600+, if any of that could be recovered under the warranty. More importantly, to "fix" whatever the issue is with our boiler, a sealant of some kind was put in place. It is now at least 4 weeks later and the chemical smell that I was told would go away in a week is still as potent as ever. It is making me physically ill and making me dizzy. I will call them tomorrow for the 3rd time to see if we can get this resolved once and for all. It's very disconcerting to know you are inhaling toxic chemicals all day. My animals are inhsling it too!

Description of Work: Found a leaking pipe inside my basement walls and repaired it. Found a water line for my refrigerator and turned it on. Repaired garbage disposal.

Description of Work: They installed a sink and a faucet which I had provided, and new connections to it, which had to be purchased. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a good experience.

Description of Work: Replaced existing faucet with new one. Replaced damaged drain pipe.

Description of Work: They installed a new water heater and removed the old one. I feel like John gave good advice when helping us select a new heater, and was not just trying to make as much money off of us as possible. We have used them in the past, and will continue to use them in the future.
