Guys were terrific to work with; responsive and got the job done. If a problem, (not unusual in this situation), come back and fix it with no issues. Would easily recommend them. Cover Westchester, Bronx and more. Not the most pleasant job; but when the sewer lines back up, really need it fixed pronto. Even called the owner Sunday night - he picked up his phone in a restaurant. Offered to have someone there Sunday night; I told him to wait until Monday. 8am Monday, they were there; gone by 9. They worked as clean as possible (never easy in this job). Glad I found them. Recommended to us by a local plumber - (Bruni and Campisi) who are also top notch. Not the cheapest, but boy, great follow up and professionalism.

We were referred to Drain Kleen by a major local plumbing repair company that was extremely busy and would not come for several days. I called Drain Kleen, and their team (Bob and Bob) arrived in less than 30 minutes. A straight-forward job of snaking from the sink to the main drain turned out to take longer than expected because it took them several runs of the snake until water flowed freely, but the team worked steadily in the kitchen and the basement until it was done. The charge was 50% over the original estimate, but since the time was more than double the original estimate--and the hourly rate worked out to be competitive--I feel it was fair.

I had to have them back a second time because they didn't properly fix the problems the first time. It seemed that almost everything they touched was broken again in a few days. They then blamed it on me.

I woke up to an absolute mess in the basement on a Saturday morning. The shower had standing water that was, well not grey, but, uh, brown (nuff said). When i looked at the toilet it seemsed the same way. I called my plumber and he said that it sounded like the waste line and for that i needed to call someone wi the right equiptment, which he didn't have. He recommended Joe Provenzano who runs Drain Kleen. He commented that they were real professionals and better than calling the franchise "roto" company. I called at 8:31am and the dispatcher said that they could have a team there by 9:30am! I was thrilled. At about 9:00 they called again to let me know that they had finished their last job and were on their way. Eric and Tony arrived by 9:50. They were the nicest guys, jovial, professional, careful. They took one look at the bathroom and took over. They pulled out a root machine and explained what they were going to do. Within :30 minutes they were done and packed up having cleared the problem, and advised me on safe clean up (lots of Clorox because of the raw sewage). As they packed the truck back up we had a lively conversation about what to do to prevent the problem in the future. The price was absolutely reasonable and I would not hesitate to contact them again. Totally recommend this outfit.
