Frank did a terrific job. He was very prompt and complete, truly professional. Frank has a great eye for detail and when we asked if he could fix a drainage problem with the driveway he added it to the project and did a great job the same day.

The salesman at the propane company told me it would be and quot;no problemand quot; to lay the gas pipe under our gravel driveway, but when the workman got here to do it, he didn't have the equipment to dig that deep or encase the pipe (salesman error, not his). I suddenly had to find an excavator to come out immediately to do the digging, or go another night without heat. Frank Palmer got here 10 minutes after my phone call, dug the entire ditch, helped the propane guy lay the pipe, and covered it back up. Update 11/30/2012: Initially, I scored every category an and quot;Aand quot; for Mr. Palmer. But, I've been asking him for a receipt showing the amount I paid him for the digging he did for us on 9/28. I needed this because the propane company was going to pick up the cost, since the excavating was needed due to an omission on the part of their salesman. I've called and asked him 3 or 4 times, and each time he has assured me that he would send it. He even called back after I left a message and made sure he had my correct address. But then he's just never sent it. I finally had to contact my bank and have them send me a copy of the canceled check, which I then forwarded to the propane company for reimbursement. Thankfully, the company saw that as sufficient proof of payment without his receipt. I don't know if he thought I should not get reimbursed, and so he wasn't going to help me, or if he really just kept forgetting.
Description of Work: Dug an 18-inch trench from the house to the garage in order to bury gas line.
