FDR Ungleich Hardwood Floors

Contractor was very responsive and got us right on his schedule. They spent about 4 days for the whole project. However, when we were able to walk into the rooms after drying time we noticed some foreign matter inbedded in the finish in a few places. When bringing this to the attention of Mr. Ungleich he became somewhat agitated and made a few sarcastic remarks. He did fix the problem areas. The bath and 2 bedrooms were not part of the refinishing project and where the contractor sanded the doorways of these rooms on the hallway the wood was not evenly sanded and transition into these rooms is not the best. We had these floors refinished by another company about 20 years ago and the transition from the hallway into the bedrooms was done to perfection - so, we know it could have been done better.
