About us

We do offer a military discount of 5%, we also offer police, fireman and medical personnel a 5% discount as well! We appreciate your services! In addition, we offer volume discounts on orders over 20 windows. You can even add your friends and families orders together to get over the 20 windows but there must be at least 4 windows at each location.

We offer a beautiful vinyl replacement window, with constant force balance that tilts in for easy cleaning, half screen for only $179ea up to 120UI (united inches) and Energy Efficient vinyl replacement window that tilts in for eash cleaining for only $259 Installed! Up to 120 UI.. United Inches is a window term for measurement; it simply means take the width of a window, say 36 inches by the hight of say 65 inches, that equals 101 UI.. Most of the windows we replace do not go over 120 UI.

Services we don't offer

As of 2010, any person, landlord, construction worker, homeowners of single family rentals or multiple family rental properties, window installers etc. must be EPA Certified to work on any home, daycare center etc that was built prior to 1978. These properties are known to carry lead based paint. We are EPA Lead Certified and follow all the EPA Standards! Why get a window fixed for $100 when we can install a new replacement window for $179 or $259 for Energy Star Rated!

Absolutely horrid. Contractor started a week late, and did not let me know until I called to find out what was needed to start. Absolutely was not there as promised. Rather, by his own admittance, had to put in his father's air conditioners, clean his father's garage and go to the dump. Also, claimed he was not there at least one day to myself and my morgage company, that the building inspector wanted to view prior to him working. Contacted the building inspector, never heard of Upstate, nor do I need a building permit, thus no inspection. This contractor will lie right to your face, and spends most of his time on his cell phone. Now I find out his estimate is wildly inaccurate. I believe any references he has are attributed to when his father ran the business, because if you saw the pictures of this contractor's work, you would think so too.
Description of Work: Installed sink/vanity. It leaked, a guy from a local hardware store came and repaired it. Installed flooring that I did not give the go ahead, poorly. It is coming up, and when I pulled up a section that was tripped over, a blue contractor paper towel was stuck to it. When I left the prior day, it was understood due to the small size of the bathroom, a single vinyl piece would be looked into, he would check at Home Depot as would I. I come home the next day to find it a mess. He charged $640.00 in materials for a gallon of BIN, a $59.00 toilet (admitted) and $240.00 water heater, which he refused to provide warranty information for. The entire job had a 37K budget, and this contractor has no idea how to budget.

I am an EPA Certified Renovator, Flood Certified IICRC,PPG Industrical and Commercial Certified, PDCA Residential and Commercial Estimating I&!!, PDCA Contractors College, BOCES Electrical Cert. and numerous other certifications and degrees. We are a BBB A+ rated company. I do not want to do a personal attack against this person; we don't work that way. We have completed hundreds of contracts since 1987 and the people whom I have done work for, very much appreciate our workmanship and the quality of our finishes. It's sad, that I had to deal with the one indivudual who works with computers, can push a few buttons, and try to ruin someones reputation.. Our larger projects were that of Capital Region Health Park Latham, St. Joseph's Church Restoration, Staples, PetSmart, AC Moore, Wilton Mall (12 stores), and hundreds of others. Residential Contracts include: multiple million dollar homes, hundreds of senior center apartment units, apartment buildings, and hundreds of residences. Hundreds of customers and three contractors can't all be wrong! Respectfully...
