Description of Work: They were asked to fix a leak in the roof, however they stated they removed wet insulation, and put down new insulation, trimmed a tree, and patched some bad roof spots. Upon checking the work, the insulation was never removed and the new insulation had been stripped in half and just scattered over the old. They did come back to fix it, but it seemed they were originally trying to take advantage of the situation since two elderly people are the homeowners and were unable to check the work or understand what was being done. The contractor also returned some of the payment to make up for the inconvenience and original shoddy work.

+ -1 moreTrademark did a fantastic job all the way through. They were very responsive, showed up on time, and did a great job carefully removing the tin ceiling panels. They are very professional and nice guys overall. I asked if they could do some minor things and they gladly did so. They went above and beyond the job. I am an architect and work with a lot of contractors. I highly recommend Trademark and will definitely use them again!
