I was happy with the job. There were no problems and they were very professional and prompt. I would recommend them to other people because they know their stuff and they make sure to get the whole thing done correctly the first time. I did not have to call them back for anything. The new heating unit works great.

Came to visit home to give estimate quickly, but took about 4 days after that before e-mailing estimate. For installation, they arrived on time (around 8:45 AM), finished around 1:30 PM. First they installed the vent system, then placed the heater on the wall (about 1.5 foot above the floor), and then attached the gas & vent lines. They didn't ask me where the gas meters were (they are inside the house), but shut down gas to the whole house, so we had to relight a lot of pilots unnecessarily (I live in a three-family house). They gave me a beige heater, not the silver I requested, because the silver was unavailable. After installation, I find heater is working well, no CO in house. The beige is a nice color, and now I have a lot more space in my dining room. Filled chimney hole with metal vent cover, mineral wool, covered with a little chimney cement. The stoveboard they suggested I buy proved completely unnecessary because the heater is so far off the floor.
