Job done on time and on estimate

I picked him because of the "A" results on Angie's list. I was very disappointed. Paid him for half job. He did not finish and never came back. He asked for $200 and said he would call and be back.

My wife and I were stunned when we saw what he had done to the yew trees in the front that he had trimmed. He went over and above what we had asked him to do and it ended in an awful result leaving the yard an eyesore. We've had professional arborist and a landscaper look at the trees and their opinion is that the trees will probably die, or if not, it will take them several years to recuperate from this overly harsh "trimming".

As stated above, it went well, he is a hard worker, as is his brother. They just go at it until it's done. I do wish he would have cleaned up a little better, but his truck and trailer were completely filled with junk and tree limbs and bushes so he was unable to clean up everything as there was no place to put it.

Joe came out to our house and quoted us a very high fee. We opted not to use him for that particular job, but called him to give us a price on another job. Again, he was very high. He gave us the name of someone else, and he came in at half the price. When I asked for our money back, he was very pushy and wanted to talk to my husband. Apparently the name he had given us is a person who contracts with him. Joe took it upon himself to call that person and cancel the job we had agreed on. When my husband tried to reschedule it, we were advised that was their April price, now it would be more. My husband reminded him we have a signed contract. When I asked Joe for a refund for what we had paid him, told me we'd have to call Angie's List directly. This has been a complete run around.

He was very communicative throughout the planning and actual work, and did a great job. The place looks great, and he had lots of growth to deal with. He's a really nice guy, and our dogs loved him, if you're a pet owner and that concerns you. His good work was evident enough that a neighbor of mine hired him on the spot for his own house. We're very pleased, and we'll have him back for our next cleanup.

Weather hampered getting the job done on time. The work he did was excellent. Michael is an incredibly nice guy to work with. There were some misfires on communication on the job in what exactly needed to be done, which were not entirely his fault. I would recommend his work as it is excellent. I would also use him again, but make sure to itemize exactly what I want done to avoid confusion

He is meticulous, a perfectionist, a hard worker and reliable. Friends who stopped by at the end of the day, after he'd left were very impressed. My landscaping is the envy of my neighbors.

They kind of wandered by, but I was luckily around to let them in. It was hard for them to get into the property if I hadn’t been here. I would use their services again.

They are wonderful and great!
