The experience with Navco was positive. Rob, the sales rep was friendly, but not pushy. We contacted three other companies for this work, but chose Navco because of all the positive reviews on Angie's List and the quality of their replacement windows. I had spent some time researching replacement vinyl windows on line, and found that Seaway windows were highly rated. It took about 5 weeks from the time we ordered the windows and storm door for them to arrive and the work to be completed. Joe Navarra called the day before the installation to make sure we would be there. We had originally thought about replacing the 38" original wooden exterior door on the side of our house, but decided to keep it and just replace the old wooden storm/screen door with a new very good aluminum storm/screen door. Joe Navarra, the owner, advised this because replacing the original exterior door would have required modification of woodwork on the inside of the door as well as the outside, and removing a radiator enclosure and replacing wallpaper, a headache that we didn't need. I appreciated this because he could have made more money replacing this door, but he thought this solution was best for us. Joe's crew installed the windows and storm door in half a day. They were efficient and professional. Joe was on site supervising the work to make sure everything was OK. I'm sure the windows will make a great difference this winter, and I'm hopeful that the new storm door will solve the air infiltration problem that we've had in the past.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of Joe Navarro's business. He and his workers were prompt, professional, and very personable. It was a pleasure having them work in and outside of the house. Their work areas were left clean each day they were here. Joe oversaw the whole project and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. They had to come back twice to adjust a couple of things on the windows which they did the day after we spoke to Joe. Although we only purchased windows, we feel that Navco represents quality work and we would heartily recommend this business to anyone needing windows, doors, and siding, the 3 products Navco provides.

I would say excellent, I was very pleased, he answered every questions, he answered like 9 questions on the phone. He was very thorough in explaining everything, gave me the quote. I just felt like it was very positive, now I'm just waiting to have it put in, explained everything to me, he was very good about answering every questions, they're all good about answering questions.

There was some mix up in ordering windows - Would have been happier if that had not occurred, but Joe handled as best he could considering the time of year the job was done in.

They showed up on time and completed the project efficiently, which I was grateful for considering it was the middle of winter and they needed to remove the front door and sidelights. Very happy and will use them again to replace my sliding door.

This company and crew was FANTASTIC. They were prompt every day, and friendly, worked hard and genuinely listened to any concerns we had. They did a great job on the house and were very clean about it. Before the final payment. Joe and his crew fixed any small issues we were concerned about and they actually got done a few days before the estimated done date. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Also reasonably priced compared to all other estimates we received.

I signed a contract after the first contact, was impressed with the knowledge, and the fact thatt everything was spelled out in the contract. I would recommend them in the future,

Crew was very professional and quick. The old windows were removed, new ones put in their place and wood work put around the windows. Extremely happy with the windows and the job they did installing them.

Let me start with WOW!!! In October 2012, due to some physical issues, I was all but house-bound. My only outdoor activity was occasional airings on either my deck, in the back of the house, or the small porch, in the front. I spent my outdoor time watching Joe Navarra, and his crew, from Navco, transform my neighbor's home, from what was a lovely home, to what turned out to be a spectacular home. I was impressed with many things that went on during the remodeling process, but mostly I was impressed with the way the crew worked together. The weather was terrible for mid October. We even had a 2" to 4" snow fall, but in spite of the cold and wet conditions, these men seemed to be enjoying the work they were doing. There was whistling, laughing and lots of hard work going on all through the wind,cold, rain and snow. I could not imagine how you could do detailed window trim with cold hands, nor could I imagine how you could work with large sheets of plastic wrap and long (16") pieces of siding in the wind. I did not have to imagine it; I watched it with my own eyes. Well in August of 2013, we decided that we were not ready to down-size yet; and, therefore, needed to do something with the outside of our home. We had a Colonial home, with cedar planking as the siding. We had had the house repainted about 6 years ago...the color we chose (grey), turned an unattractive shade of blue during the first year. After 4 or 5 years it started to peel and look very tired. Faced with the choice of repainted again (not inexpensive) and taking the chance of color change and peeling, again, or residing with a quality vinyl siding, there was no hesitation on our part, to go for the gold. We called a few contractors after we spoke with Rob Moratta the rep from Navco. It was an easy decision to have our project done by Joe Navarra and his crew - Navco-. We had all new siding, facias, gutters windows and doors done. The process of completing the project was quite pleasurable. The same laughing, whistling and hard work happened on our very own property. The results are amazing (looks like a new home). The workmanship is top of the line. It has been a much more comfortable winter, with bills for utilities at levels we used to pay for mild winters, during this extremely cold and snowy winter. Choosing Joe Navarra and Navco to do our home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The cost of the job was exactly what the contract quoted. No surprises, no need for change orders, that would increase the cost. The amount of time it would take to complete the job, was right on. It took 13 work days (even though a few of them were ended under the lights at 7:00 - 7:30 pm). I could go on, but if you are thinking about having any remodeling done to your home, my suggestion would be to contact Joe at Navco. He is down to earth, honest and informative. Ready to help you with choices and decisions that only a professional can help you with. I am not a professional, I am just a very happy customer. If you find yourself in the area of Elm Avenue and Feura Bush Road, take a minute to look at the house on the corner (with the big roof). You will then understand, why such a big WOW !!!

We are very pleased with the insulating and noise reduction properties of the new products. Rob, the sales rep, and Joe, the owner, made themselves available to answer our questions and concerns. We live in a condo complex and they were very good about cooperating with our HOA, meeting certain criteria, in order to get the job done.

I want to start by saying that I wish I could have used Navco and didn't based purely on price. The estimator Rob was on time, responsive, answered all questions and didn't pressure me to buy. He did the estimate whether it was one spouse or both present, unlike some other companies. Rob even let my 3 and 8 year old help him measure windows with their own tape measure and tried not to laugh when my 3 year old bashed my car with a hammer during the estimate (true story). The bottom line to me was price. Navco's professionalism, service and product (Softlite Windows) were the best of all estimates. The price was NOT unfair for the window they use. It was just a bit more for windows than I felt I needed right now.

I used Navco to replace our 2 front doors and back screen door. Rob the account manager was prompt, responsive, and knowledgable. His follow up when I had questions was great, and he was very professional. I received high quality product for a decent price (they might not be the cheapest you can find, but I believe you get what you pay for). The team that came was friendly, prompt and did the work in 1 day. There were a few issues (the manufacturer sent the wrong color screen door and wrong color door for 1 of the front doors), so the owner (who was there with his team to do the work) contacted the manufacturer and corrected the issue. 2 weeks later they returned and put the correct doors on. After they were done I noticed that there was a kick plate missing from my front livingroom door along the bottom. Though they had already been paid and had moved on to other jobs, the owner came back himself and put that piece on, making sure I was fully satisfied with his work. Navco is a truly professional company and I will certainly be using them again. I have already received a tentative quote for them to do the siding on my house next spring. I have had many contractors do work on my house for different projects, and Navco, by far, has been the most responsive and customer centric company I have worked with. As I said, you may get cheaper quotes for your work from other companies (I received 2), but the product and service you get from Navco is high, and worth the few extra bucks you may spend.

Joe Navarra arrived at the date given and the work was completed as promised in a very professional and efficient manner. He and his staff were professional, polite and neat. I was entirely happy with the work done and plan to have them install a large deck this coming spring. I highly recommend Joe Navarra and his company Navco.

Perfectly. The workers arrived on time ready to go. The owner was on site the entire time working along side his crew. They did an outstanding job, they were curious, professional and cleaned up after themselves very well. Do to their diligence they were also able to complete the job ahead of schedule.

When we were looking for someone to do the work on the house Joe was the first to come and give an estimate. He told us that they try to stick to that estimate so that there are no unpleasant surprises at the end. I am happy to say that is exactly what he did, even though I know they ended up doing things that hadn't been foreseen. They arrived each morning, got set up and went to work and each evening cleaned up around the yard and driveway They all worked together very well, while one was doing windows someone else was doing siding or prepping something to be worked on. They did a lot of little touches that added so much to the appearance of the house. Any questions we had were answered. One thing we liked about them was that they really seemed to care how everything was done and looked and made sure it was right. They even worked around a nest of birds so that they wouldn't be disturbed before they were ready to fly away! Our house is very old which presented its own set of challenges but they were able to work things out and we have a beautiful finished product. The windows are a dream to use (no more drafts). The door that was replaced is so nice. After installing it they put a really nice grooved molding around it that set it off nicely. They also put the same molding around the window that is next to the door. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The original windows, not the ones they replaced, we like storm windows (screwed on from the outside). The inside frame was drywall up to the window (outside wall). The window that were just replaced were replacement windows about 10 years old. These windows leaked and destroyed the drywall around it. Other companies I contacted did not want to rip out the drywall and have the windows go to the studs. Navco had no problem doing what I asked. I also asked them not to put up molding on the inside. This allowed me keep an eye on the windows for several months to make sure they did not leak before I added the molding myself. The rooms with the new windows were noticeably warmer in the winter. I am very happy with my new windows and over the next 5 or so years I will have Navco replace the rest of the windows in my house.

This is the second time we have used Navco. The first was for windows and since we were very pleased with the results we decided to use them again. Even though the quote Joe left with us was 6 months old he still honored it. The work was started promptly and progressed continuously even though the weather did not cooperate. Many times during the roofing work it rained but Joe and the crew quickly covered the work area and materials and had to wait or leave and return the next day to continue. I was very pleased to see decking and felts had been kept dry. When we needed existing underlayment replaced due to rot over the years we were given a very good time/materials price. The siding and trim work was excellent and looks great. Joe and the crew paid attention to all the small details that go into a superior job. They even offered a change of materials to "dress up" a couple of areas at no additional cost. All places such as outlet boxes, etc. that needed to be sealed were caulked and where necessary painted to match. The building inspector even commented on how thorough Navco was. All materials used were top quality. Overall we are very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use and recommend Navco to anyone looking for a top quality job. It's nice to deal with someone who puts quality workmanship and customer satisfaction first.

Went fine. Work completed as promised . Windows look great and work well. The crew took extra care to not damage plants by windows worked on. Very neat and did excellent job . Was surprised they left a sign on the lawn lawn advertising their work. Not a big deal but would have appreciated being asked if that was okay.

The workers were very polite, very professional, and did a heck of a job. They did put a small hole in one piece of siding, the owner Joe Navarra responded, looked at the damage, ordered new siding. Not only did they replace the damaged siding but they also replaced damaged siding that was caused by my neighbors kids at no charge to me. That is the type of personal service that goes a long ways. They cleaned up after themselves each and every day.

Overall, everything went very well. It was a big job and took 6 1/2 days with a crew of 5 - 6 include Joe, the owner. I was impressed by their skill and teamwork. Each day, one or two men came early to set up for the day. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up. I reallly appreciated being able to ask questions, ask for and get a couple of extra tweaks. They all were polite, each with special talents that blended together for high quality work! They treated my home as their own. It was my pleasure to have them around and I rewarded them for a job well done!

They came on time and did everything they had to do. They were prompt and professional. We will use them again in the future.

I will look to work with them again. Only thing I'd do different is discuss the crews use of our restrooms.
