Navco

Navco was the priciest of four vendors we spoke with, but went with them based on reputation. Quality of work was beyond reproach and plan to have them back to do the remaining windows of my house and siding in the future. Their sales guy was by far the least pushy of any that we met with, which was nice. Would have liked for there to be a greater understanding between what I discussed with the sales person and what was ultimately performed at the house as far as some rotten wood underneath the rear door they installed, but I kind of have to put that back on me, as the owner did come out to measure personally and I could have gone over everything I had discussed with the sales guy in greater detail with him at that time.

I'm quite pleased. All the workers were very pleasant to deal with, they seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and they did a very capable installation in a relatively expeditious manner. They did a good job of sealing up all the edges of the windows to prevent drafts, and everything was cleaned up very nicely afterward. The windows themselves seem to be of a good quality (I've seen some pretty shoddy ones at some of the Home Shows), and when winter arrives we'll see how effective they are.

We contracted with Navco on 07/16/15 for ten new triple paned windows on the front of the house. They were ready and installed on 09/14/15. All work was completed in one day. The job was completed without a hitch. They removed the old windows, installed the new ones, and cleaned up inside and out. We are completely satisfied.

Rob spent extra time making sure doors and panels were the best selection and color for the home. Door was a special order in August and installed in September. Joe and his crew were very professional. They did an excellent job. It was worth the investment. No more drafts in winter from the front door!

I had dealt with Navco last year and was very satisfied with both the windows and their service. At that time they installed two very large double hung triple pane Seaway windows at the front of our house and one combination storm/screen door on a side door. In June, I contacted them again to install windows on the second floor. Rob, the salesman came promptly (June 11th) and we agreed on the work (11 Seaway Signature double pane windows) and he wrote up a contract. He measured the windows, but said that Joe Navarra, the owner would come back to confirm the measurements (which he did). Rob said that it would take 6 to 9 weeks to get the windows and install them. On August 24th, Joe and his crew arrived as arranged shortly before 9:00 A.M. Joe worked with and supervised the crew for the morning and left for another appointment in the afternoon. The two workers completed the job about 5 o'clock. They asked me about modifying the way the windows were wrapped in aluminum around the frames so it would not overlap or interfere with painted detail on this 100+ year old house, and I thought that was a good idea. They loaded all the old windows in their truck, cleaned up all areas worked on, and left everything in good shape. Everyone was professional and polite. I had researched replacement windows and was convinced that Seaway windows were quality windows at a good price. My experience with Navco has been entirely positive. This is a good company to do business with.

We had some communication problems with the estimator, but the owner came out and we had a very pleasant and educational time. We were impressed with his professionalism and attitude. Having gotten three quotes, we have decided to go with Navco, and I have changed the ratings on my previous review. Even if we had not decided to go with Navco, given the other options, I think they deserve better than my original review. They have not installed the windows yet, but I will finish my review when they do - we expect to be happy.

Navco did an outstanding job. They were responsive and professional during the sales/quoting process. Installation was done on schedule and the quality was great.

. Rob came made appointment to appraise and give estimate. He arrived as scheduled. A week later Joe came to remeasure. He said it would take 6 weeks to be on schedule which was accurate. Joe came with two helpers and the job was finished by afternoon.

The job went well from start to finish. our salesman Rob was on time and explained the product and the installation procedure. It took about a month for the windows to come and the guys were very polite and did a very professional job. The owner was also here the whole time and made sure everything was done properly. One window was damaged during shipping and was reordered and quickly replaced.

You will not find a better price, Windows and materials they use anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about the people at Navco. The salesman was Informed with all of the latest energy star requirements while others were not. The installers were professional and very customer friendly. The materials they used to complete the trim work is what amazed me, they Don't simply use cheap caulk and siding. If you're in the market for Windows you will be remiss if you do not get a quote From Navco.

This is an extremely professional and competent company. Rob our salesman came out to do the estimate and take rough measurements. He was on time and very thorough in enplaning the windows. He then submitted a formal written proposal outlining what was to be installed, how the installation was to be performed. He also offed a couple of alternatives to fit our budget. We ended up choosing a window that fit our budget, but also would give us the performance we needed. Joe, the owner, and his crew came to do the install and were on time and started right in taking the old windows out. Their work was quick and efficient. The time estimate was originally for two days, one day to remove the old windows and set the new ones. The second day to finish the cap and seal. They worked so well as a team that all 14 windows were removed, new windows set by noon. They then started right in on the cap and seal, finishing up by about 4:00PM. The crew then completed their clean up and were completely finished by 4:30PM, one day ahead of schedule. Rob stopped by afterwords to make sure that everything went well and to make sure we were satisfied. We were more than satisfied. The house looks great, and the widows are exactly what we needed and we actually came in slightly under budget. We have absolutely no problem recommending NAVCO to anyone needing their services.

They did a very nice job.They do a very professional job. They came in, they took longer than other roofing companies because they took their time to do it. It wasn't just like they just came in, they rushed in, it wasn't a real fast job. They took their time, it was a nice job. They cleaned up everyday, the workers cleaned up after themselves. They were gentleman, they were here early, they weren't late. Generally, he does doors and sidings but he does roofing to keep his guys working. He doesn't do too many rules but he does a real nice job. It was a good value.

I received a number of quotes for replacing the original casement windows. My intent was to preserve the original look of the house as much as possible. While the competition pressed me to choose alternatives to casement windows either due to cost or their own preferences, Rob from NAVCO took the time to listen to my preferences and desired outcome and offered a solution that met the need from an appearance, quality and cost perspective. Once we agreed on a contract price, Joe, the owner came to the house to take precise measurements and confirm all of the installation preferences and details. The order was placed and we were provided with a target installation date. The window order came in about one week ahead of schedule and Navso gave me the option of sticking with the original date or installing at the next available date. The owner and crew arrived on time, they setup their tools outside and neatly removed the existing windows down to the studs as I had requested and then installed the replacement windows. All trim, including outside moldings, inside extension jambs and casings, were all precisely cut, applied insulated and caulked. There was absolutely no damage to the walls or paint. Everything was neatly done and they completely cleaned up. Then asked me to inspect their work and product to my satisfaction. Everything was done professionally with personal involvement and pride from the owner.

It went very well. All of the workers were very professional, on time, did great work, were careful while inside the house.

We were extremely pleased with the work of Navco! They came out in a timely manner to give us an estimate. We also had two other estimates, but we liked their professionalism and their contract was very thorough, detailing the work to be done. We have an older house (1938) which had the original windows, and they removed those windows replacing them with high quality replacements in about a day and a half. They arrived in a very timely manner in the morning and worked all day long, and came back the next day to finish up. They cleaned up after themselves, took away the old windows, and worked very efficiently. The whole crew were pleasant and informative about the process. They answered all our questions and kept us informed on each stage of the work. The windows are beautiful and match the house trim and brick perfectly. We plan to have them back to replace the downstairs windows. Overall, we found them to be very reliable, honest and hard working and it was a pleasure having the work done rather than the inconvenience it could have been!
