Navco Window and Door Company has been operating in the Capital District area (Albany) since 2006. We specialize in windows, doors, siding, and are frequently booked for entire home makeovers. We offer wood, fiberglass and vinyl windows. We offer all types of siding including insulated. We are obsessed with customer satisfaction (as evidenced by our Angie's List accolades), and are a member in good standing with the Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association as well an A + Better Business Bureau rating. Description of Work: The company installed 5 windows total, and the did a great job. I choose them out of three estimates because of the customer service not their price not saying the price was not great for the product and quality of windows it was. I knew I would choose them as soon as I received the estimate and they were 1st to do so. Installation was quick and smooth. |I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: NAVCO did an awesome job installing 11 double hung a 96" bay and a 72" sliding window plus 2 sets of french doors and a 36" door all with storm doors. They had to re-frame the sliding window from a sliding glass door and re-frame the back door from a 32" door to the 36" door. The work crew was great and the owner was on the job everyday of the progect.

Description of Work: I had 10 replacement windows, a bay window and a patio door installed. The showed when they said they would. The owner was on the job site several times. They cleaned up everything. My only concern was that the patio door they installed had a warped in it, so it didn't close properly. In fact they had to lean on it pretty hard just to get it to shut the first time. When I asked about it, I was told that vinyl will warp at times, but it has memory so it should fix itself once the weather gets warmer. It has gotten a little better (it hasn't been very warm yet), but if it doesn't correct itself to my satisfaction I will be giving them a call to come and fix it.
