Natalie Neat Freak

Natalie has transformed my life and now I can’t imagine a life without her. When I first hired Natalie, I was embarrassed of how chaotic my apartment was, for it was in desperate need of cleaning and organizing. My embarrassment and nervousness of letting someone in to help was immediately quelled by Natalie’s professionalism, understanding and all around great personality. She is solution-orientated and really took time to understand my “pain points” and implement realistic remedies. She never left a session until the chaos had been tempered and no corner was left untouched. Everybody needs Natalie.

Natalie did an amazing job, she’s so professional and it took a lot off my mind with her expertise. Natalie provided suggestions that are genius for storage and organizing. There were some crazy carpet stains that she got right out too. I’m so happy with the service!

We were looking to make better use of the space in our historic home with a resident toddler, and Natalie was up to the task! She was thorough, organized, and thoughtful. She assessed our home and returned with a vision of how to improve it, and our trust in her paid off. She even took the lead in purchasing household items (toy organizers, lamps, etc.) and returned what wasn't used, which saved us a lot of time. She was always friendly, timely, and considerate of our needs. We have since recommended her to many friends and would hire her again in the future.

Natalie is one of a kind! She not only exceeded our expectations, but goes above and beyond in every aspect possible. She transformed our garage and gave us ideas on how to keep it in order with labeling, storage purchasing, she donated articles of clothing for us, she dusted & wiped down all items before storing them away. She is in a league of her own and we plan on hiring her again to organize our interior closets. There's plenty of people who throw away your "junk," but there's only one Natalie - who will organize everything and by the end you will see with the proper place and order we can keep things that mean something to us, instead of throwing it away because it does not have a place. Natalie has all of the knowledge and skills needed to organize any space, she is wonderful! Thank you Natalie!

Natalie is truly amazing! She is kind, thoughtful and not at all judgmental about our disaster of a garage!! She was beyond helpful! Natalie is careful to sort through and organize items in a meaningful way that ensures easy access. She was also wonderful at repurposing the existing organizational items (shelving, containers, hooks etc) that were buried under our mess. Now everything has its own place and we can once again pull our cars into the garage. It doesn’t get any better!

Natalie is not only amazing at what she does but she is very kind and helpful with things I needed such as caring for my pets when I was not at the house. This was a big project. We have been working together for a year now. My house was out of control for many reasons. Desperate, I contacted Natalie. She was exactly what I needed in my life. She is so, so nice, very clever about organizing tools that help me and WOW is she patient! I never feel pressured or hurried to make a decision about whether I like a suggestion or not. Natalie asks good questions so she understands what I'm looking for and then searches to find just the right thing. She is so full of ideas, genuinely a nice person and such a hard worker. I'm glad she came into my life. We're not ready to submit pictures yet, but we're both excited to get to that point to show everyone how far we've come.

Natalie does an excellent job cleaning the residence of an elderly relative. She is sensitive to his situation, always pleasant and agreeable, and communicates regularly with the family. She respects the space of others and is extremely dependable. Can recommend her services wholeheartedly!

Natalie was wonderful to work with, very professional and reliable, flexible with her schedule when needed, and used her experience to come up with creative solutions to any problems we encountered with the organization and staging of our home for sale.

Natalie starts slowly as to avoid throwing you into culture shock. She thinks outside the box and from a different perspective when approaching reorganizing. She pays great attention to detail for what will work for you. Natalie’s first big project was to turn a cluttered room that were unable to walk in to a walk-in closet. We love it and could not be happier. Natalie is the absolute best!

We got so much more! Natalie’s professionalism is notable. This isn’t a side hustle, she’s all in. She gives the extra touch to help us keep organized. Which is so hard with our busy careers. Another example of taking that extra step is how she’s helping to clean the grout in our large slate floor. It probably hasn’t been cleaned properly in 30 years. She’s trying different cleaners, and approaching it as a project. :) We have quite a lot of artifacts in our home and we are getting ready to liquidate. Natalie also specializes in organizing and has offered to help when we’re ready to get started. She sensitive to the fact that these are family heirlooms and offered ‘when the time is right for us’. We couldn’t be happier. She’s already part of the family. Loves our dog and doesn’t mind that he’s around when she’s working. My house has never been cleaner and the zen that Natalie brings is priceless.

Natalie is very professional and precise. She has outstanding customer service and is willing to do anything. She was very kind to our dog. Natalie is very trustworthy and dependable. Perfectly! I highly recommend Natalie for any cleaning and/or organizational work that you need to be done. She will be cleaning regularly for us and also assisting with some organizational/ clean up projects. Natalie is hard working , honest, reliable and flexible.
