Description of Work: Wrong materials ordered, some never ordered, 5 week installation turned into a year and was never completed. Company was totally non-responsive and irresponsible. We ended up having to buy materials on our own and try to finish, though much is still incomplete or incorrect. We have hired other professionals to make some corrections.

Description of Work: We were told that the designer would be on-site to insure a smooth installation, however there was no support for the installation. The designer was a no show. Very poor responsiveness to the point that it was a joke to call them and wait for a call back. At each contact they would ask for a change order to deliver items that were in the original signed contract. We had to show the their designer our copy of the signed contract to prove that the items were indeed ordered. Not a pleasant experience.

 + -1 moreThey were expensive but very professional. I would get a quote from them again. I went to their store and they got back to me the next day with the quote. They were good on responsiveness.
Description of Work: I used New Life Countertops gave me a quote for kitchen countertops.
