We were able to bring in the lock to get fixed along with a new key made. This saved me hundreds if not $1000 to get a new non standard size door and frame. They were such a big help and were able to help us out at minimal cost!

Configured the sets and cut new keys immediately and also provided a few missing parts at no charge. They are very knowledgeable and even though I was a walk in with no notice, turned their attention to me and provided exactly what I needed.

Description of Work: They came over for an estimate and fixed a lock while here. They charged me a service call for that although the work was not agreed upon beforehand. When they came back, the worker was very informative in showing me everything about the locks. They installed a new deadbolt in my front door as well as changing cores for a single key in my other locks. He gave me many options to keep the cost as low as possible. They charged originally for another service call but after discussing it with the technician, they waived it based on the previous work. Based on the quality of the work and the professionalism of the tech, I would likely use them again.

We had to wait a bit due to both our and their schedules, and when there was a miscommunication on the appointment time, the provider was accommodating in making sure that they were able to do the job with our schedule. The service man that came to do the job was very pleasant and did the job accordingly. We would highly recommend this Provider, JP Mangione, to any one looking for locksmith services.

 + -1 moreThe service person went above and beyond to get it open quickly and with minimal fuss, and then found an elegant way to disable the lock so it doesn't re-lock accidentally. He came to my vehicle, and when he couldn't open the trunk there, moved it into the building for closer attention.

On the day we moved in, we also discovered that we didn't have a key to the garage door after accidentally locking it. We called J.P. Mangione and scheduled an appointment for the following week (their earliest opening). Mr. Mangione showed up at the agreed upon time, replaced the door locks, and was able to easily pick and replace the garage door lock (standing outside in a light drizzle). He did the job quickly and efficiently.

 + -1 moreMY HUSBAND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TIME THEY TOOK. HE WAS IN A BIND AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING, MORE SO THAN HE EVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE. IT WAS A TWO DAY TYPE OF PROBLEM. THEY HELPED DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND WHEN THEY GOT THE LOCK OUT THEY CAME BACK AND PUT THE NEW LOCK IN. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GREAT. I KNOW THEM BY THEIR REPUTATION IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE AN OLD FAMILY BUSINESS AND THEY ARE WELL KNOWN.
