Brad was extremely helpful with my project. He and Preston were both professional, reliable, and very fast. I was in a real time crunch and they made it happen. I’ve been using Lewis Lawn Care and Masonry for several years – they stepped in quickly when I broke my ankle, mowing my lawn and plowing my drive as I recovered. I’ve kept with them ever since! Most recently, they sent Will to help repair and maintain my cobble stone walkway. The edging had begun to heave up and Will had it fixed within a few hours – it looks fantastic! And he was able to fix an area where the stones had settled, creating a spot where water could pool against the foundation. Again, a wonderful job and a real relief to have that fixed. Brad runs a good crew and they are critical for me. I appreciate all their hard work!

I've hired Brad Lewis for several jobs over the years, from lawn care, to re-pointing and repairing my brick foundation, installing basement windows, and (most recently) for my sidewalk. I had some specific requirements, and he was happy to make a couple visits to go over all the details. The job involved replacing most of the old concrete, adding a new section around the base of my porch steps, pouring around my (very old) existing masonry steps, creating a new extra-wide step down to the curb, and expanding the bottom platform at the curb. Brad pointed out small details and asked all the right questions, even coming by to make a few adjustments before the concrete dried so that he could get it just right. I was really happy with the job and got compliments from the neighbors - one of whom ended up hiring Lewis instead of one of the other three businesses he'd gotten quotes from. Job well done (and fairly priced)!

I would guess we have one of the toughest driveways to plow in North Greenbush! We are now into our 2nd or 3rd season with the company. I have spoken with several of the drivers and they are all very courteous. Brad stands by the work of his team. His customer service is top notch. My long uphill driveway was prepared with markers well before the snow season. Always adding value to the work done. Thank you for your hard work. Stay safe! This is the 3rd project Brad has done for me. As always, he walked through the project with me in advance , offering recommendations and advice so we could to achieve what I wanted within my budget. The work was completed on time, on budget and came out even better than I expected. My neighbors are already complimenting my new front yard and asing me who did the work.

They did the front bed, tree and the back. He always come in and makes sure exactly what you want done and tells you how much it is going to cost. He comes in and does what he says he is going to do. It never costs more. They do a good job. They clean up after themselves. He is just reliable. He was in and out in one day, less than a day.

He took out a tree that a deer was munching on all winter. They replace it with something deer resistance. There was another tree that was dumped. We were tying that off. We had him tie that up again this year. He is prompt. He came over, we discussed what we wanted to do. He came up with a good solution. He did what he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He pulled the one tree out and we know the tree that he planted is deer resistant. We did research so it will work. It is a brand new tree. The first tree was about probably 8 to 10 feet tall. He had to take that out. It was right in front of the house. It was an Evergreen. They had to extract that one then put in another one. He did a very good job. He did not distub the landscaping or cut the watering system or anything like that.

I am very pleased that I chose to have work done by this company. The owner and his team are very knowledgeable about water issues, landscaping and masonry. They designed and executed the work and were great about explaining the details to me as they went along. They were courteous, reliable and helpful. The finished work is great.

Brad has good working knowledge of masonry jobs. I hired his company in July 2013 to removed the trees and clean up my back yard, which was very hilly. He did a good job on that project so I hired him again to grade my back yard including removal of 6 old concrete window sills, grading and level the ground, pour 4 sonic tubes to support the stair case of the deck, and pour gravel and asphalt to provide a nice driveway. I am very happy with the work. Brad is very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely hire him again.

Very responsive. Had the contract in my inbox within an hour of expressing interest. Good communication and the price is reasonable. Showed up within 24 hours and did what was agreed upon in the contract. This is exactly how the experience with a contractor should go. Thanks Mr. Lewis!!

All snow removal was performed as contracted. I am very pleased with the removal this winter.

Received quote quickly and job was done promptly. Removed loose debris and resurfaced approx. 16 feet of house foundation. Would be extra to have section painted.

I reached out to Brad, and different from several other potential service providers in the area, he responded very quickly. On his own, he drove to my property and studied the locale so that he could understand the topography and offer a precise proposal with terms specific to my home. We discussed the terms and conditions over the phone and then he hand-delivered the proposed contract of services 2 days later with the exact terms we discussed. Brad was very professional and customer-focused and I appreciate the fully transparent dialogue with a service provider. I will submit a secondary review once we get into the winter season, but I expect quality services, given the very good interactions with Brad thus far.

Unfortunately I didn't keep a journal of the times the snow was removed and not removed. I had a seasonal agreement to have the snow removed when the snow was at a certain height in inches. Sometimes the snow was removed and at other times I wound up doing it myself. I did contact Brad and complement his staff for the work when they did perform it as they did a very good job. The problem was lack of consistency. I am not sure if I will renew a contract this year or not as I am doing additional research on snow removal and obtaining recommendations from friends. I indicated in the check marks on this form that I would hire the contractor b/c there is not a space to check for uncertain. I hired Brad b/c he uses snow blowers to remove the snow. The way my driveway is situated, it could not be plowed with a truck.

Brad Lewis maintains my lawn and has done a couple of masonry and brickwork projects for me in the past. The sidewalk replacement was great. Brad explained exactly how the job would progress, options for surface finish and details on permit requirements and specs. Once again - a terrific job. (Work site was spotless! when the crew was finished.) ...highly recommend Brad for any masonry projects - and if you need your maintained properly at a good price.
